Apologies for the delay with your order. Unfortunately due to the red storm warnings we had no collections on Friday. This means it was collected yesterday (Monday) to be with you today. As an appology I have credited your account with the postage cost.
Well handled complaint
I ordered some beer which had fermented a bit more in the can and sprayed foam everywhere when I opened a can. While not ideal, things like this happen. How you deal with it is the main thing, and it was handled superbly. I was promptly given credit greater than the value of the original order, which was all I could ask for really. Excellent service and I'll definitely be using them again.

Highly recommended for choice and service
First time I'd used this company, who were recommended by my Bee Sober community. Excellent choice, first class service and a good price. I love you can order single bottles to try and will definitely use this company again.

Good range of products and good service too
Best thing is the range of products stocked, but also the website is fairly easy to navigate and contains useful information on the products. Customer service is responsive and helpful.
