I never received the order. I have been waiting for it to be delivered. Rebecca Fields

This website is a scam. Don’t buy anything. I have bought an item over a month ago and I still have not received it. I reached out multiple times but no response. It’s absolutely scam. I am surprised how some reviews say good about this so I think those reviews are fake and it’s they write to themself

These were ordered for my granddaughter's fifth grade students. They loved them!!
The only negative was that they took a long time to ship, but I ordered early so there was plenty of time!

the product erived quickly. and its beautiful.

délai un peu long mais produit conforme à la proposition

Shipping was a little long. I couldn’t get the tracking numbers to work to see where my package was. The markers seem to be working very well. We will see how long they last as of right now. Looks like a great product.

I believe I made a mistake in placing my order but I appreciate that Ms. Cecilia helped me in making the correction for me, thank you...

This would have gotten five stars, but I didn't know the product was coming from China and would take so long to receive.

Placing the order was quick and easy. I have not received the package yet so I cannot offer an opinion as to the delivery or the quality of the merchandise ordered.

Took over a month to get. I do like the product.

I cannot get the flame to work. I can get it to spark but will not light up.

What a fun thing to do for a family member. Easy, fun and can redo it if not satisfied with the story!

items were smaller than expected but will use as handouts for halloween

They say they delivered my order Sept 23 but I did not receive it. Now they say that
They cannot find my order. I want a full refund or the order .The post office says they did not deliver it. The tracking number is not theirs.
This company is a scam!

I ordered something from them on August 16. It wasn’t even picked up from their overseas warehouse until September 23. I imagine by the time it clears customs and gets here it is going to be late October, early November. I routinely buy from overseas sellers and have never had an item take this long.

I would have done a 4 because it took a little longer than I expected. However, given the great value and fun it must be a 5. With issues beyond their control it would seem unfair. Giving these out with the Halloween candy and expect some smiles. The skull on the light was clear to see and even had green in the eyes. Thank you for the fun!
