Very smooth buying process and communication from start to finish.

Bought a watch from Will, my first experience of purchasing a larger item unseen, packing was excellent no chance any thing happening to it during delivery, was delivered next day even although payment was made late afternoon, spoke to Will on the phone prior to making purchase, the item was exactly as described, this was a super smooth transaction and delighted with it when it arrived, great to deal with highly recommended

I cannot recommend Wiseman’s Watches enough. The watch is exactly as described, well packaged and delivered super quick.

I really enjoyed buying my watch off Will. I felt he values the long-term relationship, rather than viewing each sale as a single transaction.

The watch was in excellent condition and I feel reassured by the 2-year warranty. I also got another watch serviced through Will, which I'm confident will come back in perfect order.

I have dealt with Wisemans watches several times now...everytime the same very high levels of service and always a great deal!

Will is selling good quality watches, the communication via email and WhatsApp is excellent, he provides all the answers to any queries, supplies videos on demand, watches are covered by a generous warranty, are certified by the watch register and are very good examples having boxes papers and any accessories from retail. Will stocks a varied selection of well known watches to the point where it’s hard to make a choice. I would not hesitate in dealing with him again. Delivery for my Bremont was next day special delivery by 1pm faultless. Very happy.
