I was looking to buy my first Panerai watch and Will came recommended via a Facebook Paneristi enthusiasts group. Will has an excellent selection of watches and he is very knowledgeable. He provided me with helpful advice and I was happy with the price I paid. All watches come serviced and with a 24 month warranty which provides excellent peace of mind.

I took the leap and purchased a designer watch for the first time as keep sake for milestone birthday. Will offered support and reviews of watches via social media as I could not attend the shop. I eventually identified the correct watch for me and after very open and clear discussion on price made a purchase. Will is extremely professional and considerate in his customer approach. He took the time to send me not just tracking information based upon my availability to take receipt of watch he also sent me a short recording of the packaging process to assure me of security and safety while in carriage.
