Welp, not what I expected.
I assume they make tons of videos daily and I can understand if they look tired, I felt the energy in my video was not there. The choice of song was so slow, it kinda killed the vibe a bit. I still like them but I was a bit sad with the result.

very bad experience
very bad experience, i sent a request adding a picture and paid for it, 2 hours after that i send them emails and request to put the video without the picture, no answer, after 2 days they send me the video with the picture, when i asked to remove it and do another video they refused and they keep telling me the same thing, you put the picture so it's complying, the worst experience that i had.
