The content was amazing - but video quality poor
The content was amazing, but the video quality was super low :( I had to pay for AI upscale on another website to make the video watchable in good quality. I'd rather give that extra 10 euro to the guys in the video instead if the video was uploaded in good quality.

I paid for a 24-hour delivery
I paid for a 24-hour delivery, but I haven’t received any updates after 48 hours. I believe I should be refunded the fee I paid to expedite the delivery. I emailed them, and they said it should be delivered that day, but it had already been past the 24-hour mark by then. Even after 48 hours, I still haven’t received the video.

I made a small mistake, and it was corrected immediately without any extra payment, which I really appreciated. Communication was kind and professional throughout the whole process.
