False advertisement, wrong sizes, won't do cancellations or returns.

Ordered a purse - didn't receive it; contacted them by email - assured me they would send another. Nope - and no willingness to refund my money other than 5%! Buyer beware!!!

Ordered a purse, payed by PayPal. They took the money, never shipped the product and won't even reply to my emails. THIS IS WHY FK CHINA IS A THING. FKN CON ARTISTS.

Stupidly ordered some shoes. Additional £7.99 was taken via my PayPal payment. Emailed to cancel the order as website advises you can cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. They told me the order was already shipped. Will wait a week and see what happens. I also think all the 5 star reviews here are fake - take a look, all look very odd. It's now 6 weeks later. Have sent numerous emails asking when my items will arrive, all I receive is an out of office message and a tracking email that advised my items have arrived in Birmingham and have been there since 27 March. Have now reported to PayPal to try and get my money back. Please learn from my experience and stay well clear - this is a massive scam. Money now refunded from PayPal. Ordered 27 Feb, refunded 7 May. Please learn from my stupidity

I ordered shoes and money was taken on January 6th. Have not received them. I am in contact by email and they say the shoes were despatched on 19th February, they havd not arrived. DO NOT USE this company, the emails are coming from a private email account not a company. I am going to report them as a fraudulent operation.

Its a scam DO NOT waste your money to this company. All contact numbers which is been provided here are switched off. I haven't received my order and you can't contact anybody to get your refund. I have been trying since the 2nd of January 2k22 and i have received nothing. No refund no items.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely mortified, not only did I not receive my items I could not get in contact with no one but they have happily taken the money out of my account.

As other people have said if they could give it a zero they would and so would I. I haveny received my item and keep getting the same wait for an update. Of course they had no wait in taking my money.

Very poor quality of fabric, lining not covering all jacket, only parts of it (?) sizing didn't make any sense. Returned, but the package got stuck in Chinese customs. Asked the seller to intervene, but she said she couldn't. Strongly advise against any purchase, I'm probably never going to see any refund.

If I could a zero I would. Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. I ordered a jacket in a large and it came. My friend who is a size 8 found it far too small too. The quality was disgraceful and only fit for the bin. I doubt that a charity ship would even take it.
But anyway, I went through the return route to find that I receive NO reply do resent and I finally got an email asking which item which was bizarre as I only ordered one!
Next I resent an email detailing everything number etc to receive one back asking if I could keep it and sell it on and they’d give me a per centage if a refund as it would cost me more to return! I replied saying no thank you, please give me a returns label. I’ve requested to return 3 times now,
I resent an email this week to find 3 days later another email saying my time has ran out and I’m too late to return the item!
Garment going in the bin and if you read this anyone...,,,don’t buy their rubbish

I honestly think they are good! They do their best to find a solution for you and their response is very fast and convenient!

This has turned into a nightmare. I ordered 3 items from Withchic. Nothing looked like the designer photo, the colors were wrong, the fabric description was wrong, length was off by 12 inches or more and nothing fit! The mediums were really XS. So I attempted to return within 1 day and of course the cost to China was $25 and I had paid $55 for 2 dresses and a skirt. I insisted on the CA warehouse location and they emailed me saying their employees would destroy the product and I would get no REFUND! They said unfortunately it just wasn't profitable to them! Even though their website mentions no return address of China and stipulates a 100% customer satisfaction or return policy. "Excellent customer service is our policy"! Not! You'll end up with garbage hooker clothing and never see a penny of a refund! Don't do it!

She was very pleased with the sweatshirt. The quality of the material was very good. Customer service was excellent! It was exactly what was in the picture. Price was very good. Every easy to order. Would definitely order through you again.

I ordered an outfit according to the size chart and when it came in, it looked like a cheap imposter of the picture offered on the website. It was also not even close to fitting! The bottom was too big and the top was like a child size! It didn’t even come half way down my breasts! They offer 30 day return refund but what they don’t tell you is you have to pay for your own shipping to send it back, which costs as much as the initial purchase!!!! Why would I pay double for them to get the outfit back and resell it?!?!?! $40 lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER FROM WITHCHIC!!!!! Unless you enjoy giving your money away. In that case, send it to me!

Horrible. Want to return a package and they are telling me I have to ship back to China when the package came from New Jersey. Then they wanted me to keep the two skirts that did not fit and were of poor quality and get a $8.00 refund on a $65.00 purchase!!! Please do not order anything from them.

I’ve seen so many bad reviews but I ordered from sumchic the other week because I found a skirt I liked that’s for £50 but on sum chic was £15 and I thought ok let’s risk it and see how it comes out and tbh I’m so very happy it looks just like photo , material is what you expect for £15 and it came early. I’m very happy with sumchic

Shocking quality items and they offer you a £3 refund sent from China made on a knackered sowing machine avoid at all costs they tell you it will be £30 to send it back scammers avoid
