Excellent products and service
Excellent service and although there was a small problem WNU dealt with it promptly and efficiently.
My husband originally ordered me some clothes from WNU and I found them to be of a really good quality.

Best shirts on the market
Best shirts on the market: amazing styles, fit and quality! I own multiple and always keep coming for more. I also own the trench coat, a blazer and a pair of tailored pants and all these pieces are premium quality and great fit. Could not recommend the brand enough and Emily at Belgravia Store is the loveliest!

Great team- quality is first class and everything is handled with care
Great team- shipping handled with care, and you can genuinely tell the brand care about their quality and design of their products. I encountered one small issue which as soon as I raised it, the team rectified really quickly. Caitlin had been a great help.

Great customer service and assistance with a return from the U.S. back to the UK. I heard from them promptly to get assistance and they took care of the issues with customs! Loved the blazer but had ordered the wrong size. Caitlin was very helpful.

Caitlin has been extremely helpful in chasing a missing item. The query process is a bit more complex than other companies but Caitlin was sympathetic to this and very helpful. Once it was all done the missing item was immediately resent and the problem sorted.

My absolutely favourite shirts of all
My absolutely favourite shirts of all, so beautiful, comfortable and I always receive lots of compliments when wearing them. Do not forget the trousers- they are amazing too! But most importantly are people working here. You always make me feel like part of the family and the shopping experience feels very personal. Needless to say WNU is my favourite shop.
