Initially my dogs were keen on the food. Then my older dog vomited and the kibble was just as in the bowl. Not digested. I tried mixing with water but takes ages to soften.
Both dogs have gone off the food and I have lots left.
Perhaps they could do a smaller food easier to digest for small dog/puppy.
At the end if the day it is dry

A refund policy would be good too.
It is pricy.

Having tried numerous different foods with my Saluki while she was growing up, including Tails. I found that either my pups tummy never settled or it did but then she lost interest in the food and wouldn't eat it for live nor money. Enter Wolfworthy! Going on nearly 2 years now and I have a very happy, very healthy 3 year old Saluki who always wolfs it down still and bas a settled tummy. She doesn't even have smelly wind with this food. It may not be the cheapest but it is by far the best for my girls. She even gets excited when she sees the DPD man! She know's he brings her food!

Absolutely brilliant food. I tried feeding my dog (four years old Shih Tzu) raw as was concerned about his digestive habits and health, he ate some (sometimes), it was a complete nightmare with the smell, flies, going away, smell of raw meat on his face. Horrible. I started researching alternatives and came across Wolfworthy. Was sceptical at first as my boy never touched dried food before and can generally be quite fussy.
Ordered the sample (which arrived in 24 hours) and - miracle happened. He just wolfed down the lot. Hallelujah!
I subscribed and haven’t looked back since. He loves it, firm regular poos, no smell, no hassle, no travelling with a cool box. Food is great and high quality and I am not worried about feeding him anymore.
Absolute winner, great prices and customer service. Food is very high quality and pooch loves it despite not being into kibbles (speaks for itself). 10 out of 10. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Our Labrador suddenly died. We were totally heart broken. After reading the FDA reports on the exponential incidence of dilated cardiomyopathy in the US, linked to some grain free diet (using legumes) we looked into this further when we got a new puppy- the evidence is strong but there are multiple confounding variables, so there isn’t a proven link. However, the more I looked the evidence is pretty strong and seemed specific to labradors and golden retrievers. There are some interesting review papers.
Anyway, we went into the ‘raw’ diet and Poppy loved it. … at first. Then she went off raw completely after trying tripe. To cut a long story short we tried lots of solutions and researched what we could (out of paranoia). Tried tinned, royal Kanin mixed then came across a site, that had no ulterior motive, comparing nutritional values and receipts. There’s only 3 products in the UK that match this.
We went for a trial pack and have never looked back. No filling the freezer, no constant trips, no risk of raw food causing gastroenteritis in the summer. It looks nice, she loves it and it’s such good quality you can use for treats.
Finally, the dried meat treats are very good. Small and no carbs - this stopped her irritated ears and controls weight. Delivery is DPD. 5 stars from me.
I ordered a sample pack for my very fussy Frenchies who 'wolfed it down' last night. This is really promising as I've found it very difficult to find a dry food they like.
I've ordered a larger bag so I'm hoping I've found something they like and that is actually good for them
I ordered wolf worthy as a sample which arrived then finally ordered a big bag. The bag went missing and I had to run around looking for the bag in different houses for hours. It turned out that their printer cut off the first number hence ended up where it did. I managed to get in contact with Diane (who was so kind) however, it was the next day despite calling them around 4pm the day before which just rings to a busy tone or voicemail. Trying to reach out to them was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, despite asking if they could call me. Luckily Bella and Duke (and even Butternut Box) are not like this company. They action things right away, so I was able to get my dog Bella and Duke the next day. I even called Royal mail in which they were also trying to locate my delivery and the next day I received an email ask about the food and if I managed to find it at other neighbours houses. Low and behold I managed to get my parcel as the lady that it was wrongly delivered to ALSO went on a trip around the area looking to see who it belonged to. I ended up with Bella and Duke and Wolfworthy.
Now the worse thing about this company is that on the same day a customer service person replied to me, she happened to have forwarded my messages all back to me. I asked why she forwarded them to me and she said it was a mistake as she was supposed to forward our conversation to the management. NOW...why have I not received a call or even an email from the management team? Clearly they don't care. I stopped all of my friends getting their food as their customer service is APPALING! On top of that, despite the transition phase, my dog vomited for 3 days straight each time he ate the food so maybe its a sign. He lost weight and did not seem energetic at all PLUS his stools were massive. I cancelled my subscription today which is weird because despite what happened, they still send you emails regarding different things but no email to acknowledge their mistake.
To conclude, the customer service assistant was kind but unfortunately, her team and managers let her down.
Ironic for a company to be called Wolf worthy when their staff are all a bunch of sheep.

Great service from Wolfworthy. My dog loves this food and the subscription service makes it so easy to never run out! Since he’s being having it his bowels have been perfect and he hasn’t got bored of it even after two big bags! Thank you Wolfworthy.
My dog loves this food and the company provide very helpful and considered advice about moving over to this food.
We have tried a number of different products for our dog and this one is absolutely his favourite and appears to have the most nutritional benefit.
Subscription is easy and flexible and the cost works out to be very reasonable. Really pleased we found such a great product our dog likes so much.
Great food , good service. Both my dogs (1 fussy Cavalier King Charles and 1 “heinz 57” rescue) love it! I feel bad that there are negative reviews based on individual dog digestive experiences - I feel as though if wolfworthy asked their regular customers for reviews there would be a lot more good ones! Nothing to fault here - happy healthy dogs and owners!
The marketing suggests to me that this is raw food that has been dried. This is not the case. In fact, it is cooked kibble. My dog likes it but I can't see how this kibble can confer all the benefits of raw food when it is cooked food so I will not be using it regularly. Isn't the main benefit of raw that it is raw?
Ordered 2 sample packs but only received 1! Have emailed but no reply, have phoned but can't get to speak to anyone! Still waiting for this to be sorted!

first bag all seemed well, shinny coat and she loved it.
Second bag she start been sick all the time it took a long time & expensive tests at the vet to finally work out it was her food. either they changed the ingredients or she developed an allergy to the food. Also feeding guild was wrong had to give her more as she was starving.

First order to longet to arrive than stated. Second order chased 5 days after being placed to be told there was an IT error and my order had been cancelled (payment taken). Told I could cook my dog some food from fresh and a new order had been generated would take 3 days. Too late had ran out. Explained I was disapointed they refunded me 10% (a whole £1.54 which I don't understand
the logic of). It needs to be a reliable service with better customer service.

Don’t buy the sample £2.99 and you get 64g worth so you can’t make your mind up if it’s any good and that’s awfully expensive that was a postage cost

I originally purchased 2 sample (60g) packs for my dog to check if he likes it and he loves the food. I have purchased a 1.5kg bag. It's expensive compared to other brands but seems worth it. Have another 2 bags scheduled for delivery.Delivery is tracked and fast.
Couldn't do enough to help us.

Went above and beyond when we had an issue with a delivery via DPD.
Our dog can't digest large kibble but she's never had a problem with Wolfworthy and she's now 7yrs old.
I'm a new dog owner to a 10 week old puppy. Before picking up my baby I spent hours every evening researching the best kibble for my pup and I thought this was it.
Unfortunately it wasn't suitable and our puppy lost weight and started having seizures because he was not being fed enough 😢 I followed the daily recommended amount, weighed it out and split it between 3 meals but it wasn't enough and my puppy was starving! He was losing weight and his blood sugar levels were so low it caused him to have seizures.
I am absolutely riddled with guilt and I feel like heartbroken for putting him through this. The suggested portion sizes are unbelievably low and definitely not enough to feed puppies.
My boy is now on a raw food diet and is putting his weight back on. He's much happier and healthier.
Sadly I don't recommend this food. Something isn't quite right with the suggested portions and it's a different amount written on the bag to what it says online.

I cannot praise this company enough as they go above and beyond in caring for their customers. My boxer dog has been having their food for quite a while now which he loves, his motions are brilliant (sorry folks but it needs to be said)! A couple of times I've nearly run out of his food, I've emailed Holly & Diane and within a couple of days his food has been delivered by DPD (another fantastic service provider) so get your orders in doggie owners...you won't be disappointed and I'm sure neither will your doggies 🐶🐕
What a fantastic dog food! Our cockapoo loves it. We did try other brands prior to becoming a wolfworthy customer but he wouldn’t eat it whereas he has loved wolfworthy from the get go! He eats the food as soon as we put the bowl down. Our dog is thriving and has a lovely golden shinny coat which I think it’s all down to the high quality ingredients/raw feeding approach. My husband even jokes “the dog eats better than I do”! Ha! The deliveries are super fast and we have always received great customer service. So would definitely recommend to other dog owners.
I ordered a large bag for my dogs. They ate it to begin with but then stopped eating it after a few days. A few weeks later I get an email to say my next bag is on its way! I go to my account and it says I subscribed however, I did not! Why would I subscribe to something I don’t know whether they will like or not? They have taken £56 payment from my account so have emailed customer services. Will see how customer focused they are when I get a reply! Feel like I’ve been tricked into a subscription. I will be disputing with my bank if they don’t refund so please think twice before giving your customer to Wolfworthy.
Update re feedback below, it wasn’t clear and never received an email three days before giving me option to cancel
