I have just part exchanged my old 3 series for a newer model and I love it!!! A massive thankyou to Ryan Reardon who was very pleasant and professional throughout and went the extra mile to source me the exact car colour and high spec I was looking for before they had even launched the car onto there website. This is the sixth car my wife and I have purchased from BMW Wollaston over the years and all cars have been very reliable. I would recommend BMW Wollaston to everyone and if you are looking for a used BMW ask for Ryan Reardon and you will be in very good hands!

Shocking service. This has to be the worst BMW dealership in the United Kingdom. My wife's car was booked in for a service today. They called yesterday to confirm the appointment, but failed to mention that the dealership is currently undergoing redevelopment and has moved to a temporary location.

We arrived at the original site only to be greeted by construction work, with no clear signage or communication about the new location. This was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating, especially as both of us had work commitments.

I called the dealership for clarity as my wife was getting understandably distressed. The receptionist was of no help whatsoever — she repeatedly asked for my name but couldn’t answer the most basic question: Where is your service centre currently located? No awareness, no professionalism, and no regard for customers’ time or convenience. Absolutely atrocious service.

My GS1300 was picked up today for its running in service the collection driver was professional and courteous’ later in the day I received a video via text message from Charlotte the bike technician describing the bike and status of various components once again she was both professional and informative in the video then within 5 minutes I received a call from Ben in the service department saying the bike would be delivered back too me the next day at an agreed time. Fantastic Dealership and highly recommend.

Chris Bukaka from the service department was amazing, he was super helpful, friendly, great and communication and keeping me updated. He will be my go to person in the future for any issues I have.

The communication and professionalism of the team was spot on, from the initial enquiry through to the collection of my new car.

Body shop at Wollaston were brilliant when my i3s was taken in due to a broken subframe. Although in the end the insurance took over to make the necessary fixes Mark and the team couldn’t have been more helpful and explained what was going on.

Mark Pindar, Nicola, Simon and the team at Wollaston Motors Bodyshop, have always been my go to place when needing any body work doing. Their communication, personal approach and fantastic efficiency throughout is much appreciated, particularly at a time when something goes wrong. I have recently been very unlucky with a vehicle I only collected brand new a month ago and as always they had it back to me in absolutely tip top, showroom condition within 10 days. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

The team were absolutely brilliant. My car was recovered to the team through the BMW Accident Assistance feature. Recovery was within 20 minutes at 7am! The team accurately told me my rights of repair (vs insurance defaults) and turned round what looked like a potential write-off to immaculate repair that was completed 2-3 weeks before their estimate!
They kept me up to date, helped out with logistics and the whole experience was fantastic from beginning to end. I cannot comment Mark and Nicola enough. Thank you so much!

Everything was made so easy and stress free, from the initial meeting with Simon to assess the damage and get the insurance AX to contact me, then the hand over of my car to Mark who made the handover stress free, and finally Nicola who handed my car back and collected the hire car and dealt with AX to inform them the car had been returned, it really was all done with no fuss or stress I can't thank them all enough, thank you each and every one

Brought a nearly new approved car from this dealership in Northampton. We live around 80 minutes drive away so did all the negotiation / part exchange over the telephone. Went up to test drive / look over the car and for them to look over the part exchange. Jim was brilliant and came home with the new car the same day. Recommend this dealership and the sales guy. 5*

1st time taking my car to Wollaston for a new windscreen and service. Great company nothing was too much trouble, Nicola was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Plenty of coffee and biscuits.
Car was cleaned and all for a reasonable price.

The customer service was superb. They went out of their way to help collect my car and deliver me a courtesy car in super quick time. Now having received my car back, I am very pleased. The car looked like brand new- just out the showroom.

Took our car in for repair, we were dealt with very efficiently, staff were excellent and very friendly. Our repair was of a high standard, very pleased with the work. No one would choose to visit the bodyshop, that said, I couldn’t speak more highly of the bodyshop team.

Exceptional, seamless service, my car lovingly cared for with attention to every detail.

A courtesy car arranged, my car whisked away to be made better. With updates by telephone, my car returned on time and looking like new.

I can’t recommend Wollaston and the bodyshop more highly.

Took my bmw f10 for rust isues in door sills, which is under bmw warranty. In very beginning everything was great, was given a nice loan car, no issues with that. Took them a week to do the job. Prior giving them a car, I made pictures and etc just in case.When collecting a car, was getting dark, couldn't see nothing. But when came home, took flash light and noticed scratches all around window trims which weren't there before. Took car back, a guy from bodyshop, look at it, and took car to try to polish it out, it didnt work, was told that they will order trims and replace them for free.Got a call few days later, but as I was of the country, called them next day I came back. Lady on reception tried to tranfer my call to bodyshop, but was told they busy, and will call me back, however, week passed and never get a call back.
Second thing to mention, when picked up a car, my engine oil level has dropped by half a litter, however, car has no oil leaks for sure, guy from body shop said, he doesnt know how it dissapeared, strange, in it? My dashcam was switched off for a whole week? Why? What you hide bmw?Fuel lever dropped by 60 miles, however bodyshop is 5 miles away( was told by bmw bodyshop guy).
Third thing, all 4 door lights were demaged, had to replace them, 40£ from my pocket.
And a last thing, paintwork is horrible, on all 4 doors, and door handles, I can see clearly lines, where an new paint meets new one.
Overall, I never come back there again. They fixed rust issues, but made even more demage to a car.
Horrible expierence an I am fuming.
Avoid people this place.
