Visited Rotherham branch today.

Asian breakfast. Chana dish and karak tea great. The pranta was dry and tasted like cardboard. Omelette flat and tasteless. Did enquire if that was pranta when I pick up food from counter, as looked not right. Was told it was pranta and after eating it, I’d say it was definitely not pranta.

Friend had sandwich and chicken sweetcorn pasty. Neither had much filling. She said bland and dry.

Staff pleasant, but will not be going back

Bedford chaiiwala is shocking, they ask you to scan a code (in store) for a free wala wrap to be told this isn’t possible and that it’s a new system and the staff member didn’t know what she is doing, she said there is no manager in today and it’s only her and she can’t help me. Chaiiwala need to improve their customer service as this is unacceptable. I had been emailed a code to be told I can’t use it, it seems they want feedback for the store so offer rewards but you can’t actually redeem the reward.

Food was ok

Woman who was supposed to give us food made Cruella seem nice.
Your in the business of working with the public. Try smiling and be less rude.

Went Chaiiwala in Woking. Food was tasty. Tea was perfectly sweet. Served by Aliza very good customer service. And also like the Gagan's customer service. He was making sure every customer got their orders on time. I really like the place.

Terrible service took ages to come and no seats

Dropped nearly £10 at the Oldham branch today and the food quality was shocking. As you can see from the photo, they served me completely charred, black, and bitter toast. I didn't get a photo of the masala fries because I was starving and forced myself to eat them, but they were awful too—stale, soggy, and tasted like they were splashed with water and microwaved. Zero kitchen standards. Total rip-off.

I had a worse experience with Wembley chilaiwla,
Rude behaviour, and don’t know how to serve the customer.

I applied for a job here ar Chaiiwala. I had everything they could’ve asked for when it came to experience and location. I get an email saying that I got the job. THEN THEY GHOSTED ME?? As if the shop wasn’t opening. Very unprofessional and rude.

The customer service at chaiiwala park royal branch was excellent. Young man yasir was amazing very polite and professional. Well done keep it up Yasir

Just to let you know that I am a care worker and I bring my client to chaiiwala in Rochdale I have to say that lakisha staff she so so helpful and she is lovely talking to my clients in a happy seeing her every week keep up the good work

Absolutely appalling service and food - workers can’t even speak English or have decent customer service skills. I overheard the owner RUDELY telling a customer who was drinking tea and using his laptop that he is just there to use the electricity and WiFi and is wasting space. The place is overwhelming hot, no AC or cooling system. The staff are majority students who are working more than their legal requirement hours and do not take orders properly as there is a language barrier.- THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN , DO NOT GO TO THE CHAIWALA ON THAMES VIEW IN BARKING!!!

Great food and excellent customer service. Special thanks to Navpreet Kaur for being friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The chai and food were delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Food was nice

I often go to chaiiwala in hayes. Today i had a great experience of being served by a great gentleman Raju. His customer service was excellent and he was being polite to each and every customer present over there.

Grest service by the young lady at 9pm today.

I often go to Trafford centre chaiwala and it is amazing; the manager Hassan is great and very good guy as i knew him while serving me one day. He told me he is name is Hassan but I don’t know him personally and I would suggest to go to chaiwala Trafford centre as often you can.

Me and my family ate some yummy food here at milton keynes Our food was very good and staff was amazing. We were served by Hassan. A very polite cheerful man.
