I had purchased two tickets to a…
I had purchased two tickets to a Broadway show as a Christmas gift for my son. I was told the tickets would be delivered two hours before the play and he was outside thr theater and the tickets were never sent via email. I tried calling and emailing and the only response I got was that they would get back to me within 24 hours which is doing me no good when he is standing outside the theater. Waste of a train ticket a hotel room and a dinner in New York City terrible experience. I do not use the service ever.

Stay away from Wonderbox
Customer service unreachable via email and phone calls. Bought AMC Tickets via Groupon. Vouchers to this day not received. Instruction was to redeem online. Multiple attempts to sign up/login unsuccessful. Save your money

I was given a gift from TicknBox which is part of Wonderbox and have been trying to use the $300. voucher for 2 weeks. Here is list of issues
- the number on the voucher is incorrect ( you need to as 3 zeros to the code
- a required field in the online form is your telephone number- however it will not except your valid phone number.
-the help desk is open 9-11 only on certain days
- No ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE for the help desk?
- Impossible to cash in your gift

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the confusion regarding the voucher code format. While the numbers are correct, the system requires adding three zeros, which is noted on the registration page.
Regarding the phone number, the platform supports international bookings, so an international format (+1 for U.S. numbers) is needed, as indicated in the instructions.
Our customer service team has addressed your inquiries via phone and email and offered assistance throughout the process. We also extended a goodwill experience to you. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

NOT HAPPY COSTUMER.
The Wonder Box is only limited to the city to which the gift card can be applied. I emailed them to see if they could assist me, but the only reply they have is to exchange it. That is very inconvenient. They only credit it, but they really cannot refund your money. I got this as a gift and did not buy it. I am not very happy.
