Excellent experience with Go Dream
Excellent experience with Go Dream! I received it as a corporate gift, it was really easy to book an activity and it was awesome to drive a sports car in the NYC area. Will most likely buy something like that for my dad for his birthday or someting.

I just wanted to buy a simple Movie…
I just wanted to buy a simple Movie night for 2 experience as a Christmas gift for my 5 year old but due to all the sites "technical difficulties" I was only offered a physical box with a journal that had to be shipped out and charged a shipping fee. Even though just yesterday e-certificate was available and is still being promoted on the site. I was contacted back in a timely manner so that was a plus but it became too confusing, I'd rather save myself a headache

As you have mentioned, it was unusual because of technical difficulties. It takes several hours for the website to update, please keep in mind that "Movie night for 2" is an AMC theater experience. The tickets we offer for this experience are "Black AMC tickets" and do not come in e-vouchers as stated on the website.

Wonderful experience
I love the layout of the website, it was very eye captivating with many experience to choose from. The agent on the phone was if great help and friendly. As soon as I got my confirmation email I followed all the steps mentioned and had a great experience. I would 100% recommend this product!!!

I reached out to Godream about a gift certificate I got as a gift two years ago (hotel and wine). It took three emails to get a response in which they told me to fill out a paper to get a refund. I asked them to contact me so I can use the gift card for another experience. They credited my account and I got another hotel stay and gift card to a restaurant. I received an email basically confirming my purchase but no indication as to where or who participated in this hotel experience. I don’t have a link to the gift card either. Overall, this experience has been frustrating due to the delay in communication and the complications in using a gift card.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us about this matter, upon reviewing your case I see that you previously had another experience that was no longer available and that is why we first offered you a refund.
I can confirm that our agents tried reaching out by phone, our customer service number often shows as an anonymous number or no caller ID, as we know most people don't answer phone numbers they are not familiar with.
We credited your account to give you the option to choose any other experience of your liking.
On our dashboard, we can see that both gift cards were redeemed on February 14th which indicates that the voucher delivery was successfull.
In regards to the hotels' locations or participation, everything is visible on your personal account, including steps to get to the booking platform as we do not book hotels or restaurant reservations on behalf of customers.
We do apologize for the delayed response on our part and the inconvenience it has caused.
