This is my first time with Wondrwall and I have to say even though I had initial problems trying to set up myself, when James Davidson - engineer came out he was quick to sort it and get me up and running with the app, setting all my light switches, thermostat and alarm. Cam was also present on this visit out and he explained everything the app can do and I can honestly say they were both brilliant, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend not only wondrwall but their customer service is excellent. So far very happy 😊

Recently had some technical issues with the system in my home. James was on hand over the phone to talk me through resolving the issues and my problems were fixed on the same day.

James was excellent in dealing with my issue that I had. He was very professional and even emailed to check if everything was still up and running. Couldn’t fault the experience or the engineer with anything!

James is fantastic. Always gets back to me with any questions and does his best to resolve issues. Highly recommend
