High quality finished parts, one of booked shelf has been damaged (more likely due delivery) however I received 1x extra even not paid for it. Slightly long waiting for delivery.

Website is useful and reasonably easy to use to order panels. Panels arrived accurately cut and in good condition. Delivery was delayed by the couriers but Wood by Post had to be 'nudged' to chase them, rather than chasing without needing to be prompted

Great product , better than you might expect , very good communication with the team , delivery is very well protected in packaging with hard edge strips , overall this company shows a high level of detail across it's service which is unusually surprising in today's world . We have made a few repeat orders.

Needed a couple of pieces of vinyl covered board to replace some water damaged panels in our kitchen. Wood by Post had the identical patterned board in stock and getting it cut to the perfect size was great. My order arrived within three days of it being raised on the website.
Can't fault the speed of delivery or the quality of the board, definitely would use again.

I've had a good experience with wood by post.
Used them twice now for the frontage on 2no built in wardrobes in their high gloss white.
There was a damaged panel in the 1st delivery which was done in transit they sent out a replacement straight away no questions which in my eyes is very good customer service not like these other companies that you need to argue it out with.
Definitely would recommend and will be using them again on my next project in a couple of months.

Prompt delivery of an excellent product.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Wood By Post. Both times the product has been excellent and the manufacturing time prompt. Definitely will use again when the need arises.

Needed a spare , high gloss decor end panel after a new boiler install in an older kitchen. Price was very reasonable and the delivery was super fast ! Highly recommended

Ordered long sheets…2.7m and 2.4m….they were very well protected with a sacrificial wood trim around all edges to take any bumps during transit. Arrived in mint condition…well done!!

Ordered a custom sized Tobacco Aida board with trimmed edges and it arrived this week and its superb. Very high quality and I am extremely happy. The site is easy to use, delivery was speedy and the board arrived well packaged and protected. My only complaint, the Google AdSense advert I found on my search stated "Free Delivery", but once on the site and my order was placed for £28, I had to pay another £20 delivery. So this was a little misleading
