I ordered 24 dough balls during the Black Friday sale for £34.99. Immediately after placing my order, I noticed the delivery was scheduled for 1-2 days, when I wouldn’t be home. I emailed customer service straight away explaining that no one would be available to receive the frozen dough balls during that timeframe, and asked if they could deliver later in the week to ensure the product wouldn’t spoil.
Customer service initially responded saying this wouldn’t be a problem and they’d arrange it. However, I then received a text confirming delivery for the exact dates I’d said I’d be away. I emailed again asking what was happening, they did respond advising if the dough was spoiled they would replace.
I responded with a request, and sent some further e-mails which took some time to respond. The comfort e-mail to confirm the action would help create a more rounded service. But they did resolve.

Woody Sourdough pizza dough:
Tastes just like the £14 - £17 pizzas we used to buy. In fact even better as its become a family favourite to add our fave toppings (banana and red onion chutney for me!) Saved us a flippin fortune. With the price of food rising every week, this is a great way to save on your monthly food bill / weekly takeaway token. We love the taste and great ingredients. Woodys is BEST!!

Fantastic sourdough balls and great customer service. We received the wrong order, which I’m sure is very unusual but was rectified without delay. We will continue to use this company for restaurant quality dough.

If you’re looking for a portable, reasonably priced, capable outdoor pizza oven that can deliver wood‑fired style results, the Woody Oven is a very solid choice. It ticks most of the essential boxes: performance, versatility, value. The trade‑offs are mostly around user technique (fuel, temperature management) and ensuring you get a good delivery/assembly experience.

Second order and review because it’s become a staple on the weekly menu! Amazing product and delivery first time which I was happy to spread the word about this company. Second order I received completely the wrong product but messaged customer service and the prompt response and efficiency to resolve the issue was second to none. Don’t bother looking anywhere else for pizza dough..this company is hands down the best in all areas!

Sourdough is very tasty. I had to buy another bag for the freezer immediately. Good customer service too after my Apple Pay auto-populated the incorrect address and they resolved quickly.

Dough came semi frozen but was still ok so put it in the freezer before it thawed out fully.

Just follow the instructions on the website for a perfect pizza.
