I bought 3 sweaters from them and they worked very well for a recent trip. They look very sharp, high quality fabric. Easy to maintain. Admittedly a bit expensive, but I'm hoping I'll get what I pay for here and that they'll look nice and last a while.
Back in 2022, I bought their merino wool boxer briefs and still have most of them now. In May of this year, I purchase another set of them and almost immediately one pair ripped at the waist band. I wash all of my clothes on cold, delicate and hang dry. No reason for these issues. I do enjoy their products, but for $50 a pair, they need to figure out where the quality issues are coming from. Not sure if they are cutting corners for better margins or what’s going on, just needs to get fixed.
Fantastic products - switched over tees and boxers to this brand. The hoodies are the best ever. Not my first, or last, order.
Tried to buy dress repeatedly. My Facebook feed full of adverts for the product. Constantly out of stock. I email to ask them to notify me when in stock. Then play the “game” of getting email saying it’s in stock and then trying to order and finding it’s out of stock. FINALLY manage to order it. Ten days later get an email stating that the order has been cancelled “at your request” Then get an email saying it’s out of stock. When I protest, they say it might be back in stock in May - that’s five months. And offer me a €25 coupon. For a product I can’t buy
