Me and my husband have these and I can honestly say we love them , east to set up and use. They look stylish too. My husband works away so we're always pressing them to let each other know that we're thinking of them. We'll worth the money

Ho acquistato a fine gennaio una coppia di bracciali comunicanti, ma il mio bracciale ha smesso di funzionare dopo pochi mesi e il servizio clienti dopo un primo contatto non mi ha più risposto (Il prodotto dovrebbe essere ancora in garanzia e non costa poco). Resto in attesa, spero di potermi ricredere. Per ora esperienza negativa. Peccato.

I totally recommend NOT TO purchase an item from tootwo

I did and I receive another product with much lower price from the one I have paid.

Customer service exists, however their tactic is to offer you back 10% refund which is a joke.

Imagine paying 27$ and send you and item that cost 10$ and offering you to return you 2,7$.

This is what happening and I’m fully aware that those guys are using this tactic to many other buyers in purpose.

I send many emails to them asking them for a full refund, but the guys are so amateurs and low level that are pushing you back not to full refund you.

NOT THE KIND OF GUYS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH.

Consider again purchasing from them.

THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. THEY CARE MORE ABOUT THE 27$ THAT WILL FULL REFUND YOU.
