Quality and variety of stock is excellent and very good value. The support staff are helpful and knowledgeable. On the whole I am happy to recommend to others.

They need to make sure that goods ordered are sent to customers. I ordered two different crochet patterns but was sent two copies of pattern no 3009

The order was delivered quickly, the only thing that upset me was that I ordered some grey wool and it was green, and I’m not coloured blind.

First time using this company and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the parcel arrived,I purchased lots of nice yarn for my niece who makes baby cardigans and she was over the moon with the yarn and said it was nice quality so I am a happy customer,plus it was delivered to Northern Ireland so wasn’t expecting it to arrive as quickly as it did,will use this company again without hesitation

Ordered various stylecraft special dk wool, it is true the new colours ( made in UK) were not available,but I ordered all that I wanted/needed and my cream dk was one that is now manufactured in the UK .Which is even betterThey came very quickly.

Only down side is that when I ordered there were so many colours out of stock. For the 2 I needed I completed the notify me when in stock request but wasn’t I just happened to look. I hope i will be notified of the other colour when in…,
