I am very impressed with the friendly service I received when I placed my recent order. I had unfortunately misjudged the amount I needed for one of my projects. I contacted Woolbox and explained my situation. They were extremely helpful and made sure I received the yarn I needed. The order came within 3 days. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

First and last time using this company, I ordered a knitting pattern and it never arrived. I contacted them via email with no reply. I understand it was only a small amount, but I really liked the pattern. I’ll stick to my usual retailers from now on .

I had been looking for some wool for a project I am doing for my granddaughter. I tried the usual website I buy from with no luck. Found the woolbox ordered a couple of balls to test and they are perfect and agood price. I've now ordered more, quick delivery good service. Will be using them again.

I used to buy my yarn from another website until very recently, when this other website started sending pestering e-mails if you looked at a product on their site but decided not to buy it. I thought that was creepy and stalkerish, so I switched to WoolBox and am glad I did. They have a good range of products, they deliver quickly (though it is slightly odd that the parcels come from TXN, which stands for The Knitting Network, which appears to be a separate site), and even their colour photography of the yarn seems a lot better so far than that of the previous site. I'm very much liking the King Cole sock yarn I bought.

The wool was exactly as ordered, the delivery charges were reasonable and my items were delivered before I expected them. Very happy customer.

The yarn I ordered arrived quickly but it was the wrong ply. I contacted customer services via email and I received a reply the same day. The next day the correct ply yarn had been delivered. Wonderful customer service. Would recommend highly and would definitely use Woolbox again in the future.

I ordered cotton from Woolbox in February. I live in the Republic of Ireland and since Brexit, there have been many problems with items arriving from the UK. Some companies like Amazon seem to have the problem solved by adding a small amount to the total to cover customs charges. All companies are supposed to declare if there may be extra charges on the bill. After a few days I received an e mail from Irish customs demanding an extra 15 euro for customs duty, which I had no choice but to pay. This made the cotton very expensive and also when it arrived it was at least two shades lighter than it looked online. I did e mail the woolbox but received no reply.

Lovely company to deal with as all orders came quickly and well packed.

I purchased this wool to take to a friend in Greece and it is gorgeous. She doesn't have access to such a wonderful range of wool and colours. She is going to love it.

They have NO CONTACT TELEPHONE number because of insufficient staff numbers! I placed an order and then realised the colour needed amending. I immediately did it by email as this was the only option, but they said send back the wool and reorder. Too much trouble so I ended up keeping it. Terrible customer service. Who runs a viable business with no telephone contact availability?
