Order 2x Pupsicle toys for £65 and only got 3 refill pouches and no toys to put the refills in. Customer service slow. Issue not resolved and no refund.

I recently bought the Wooof Pupsicle toy along with the Pupsicle pops and tray, and I’m so pleased with it. The quality of the toy is excellent, it feels well made and durable.
Delivery was also quick, which was a great start. As soon as it arrived, we gave it a try with our Labrador puppy, Mabel, and she absolutely loved it. The Pupsicle pops kept her happily entertained for ages, which is a huge win when you’ve got a high-energy pup!
One of my favourite things about this product is the tray that comes with it. I’ve been using it to make my own frozen treats using natural ingredients like banana, blueberries, natural yoghurt, and peanut butter. Once frozen, they fit perfectly in the Pupsicle, and Mabel goes crazy for them – she genuinely can’t get enough.
While the whole set is a bit on the expensive side, I do think you get what you pay for. The quality is clearly there, and it’s been worth it for the engagement and enjoyment it brings. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it to other dog owners looking for a durable, enriching toy.

Send faulty items and don’t respond to your emails!

The Pupsicle is Genius. Well made and very durable. My dog loves it. She usually has a Kong toy stuffed with her food, yoghurt, peanut butter, kibble, sardines... etc. She loves this much more. I love that you can freeze homemade fillers in the moulds. I also tried her on the ready made pupsicle fillers. She liked them and they didn't upset her tummy. They lasted longer than the homemade treats.

We brought some paste to hide medications with which came promptly. What was an issue was that we didn't realise this immediately put us into a subscription which we didn't want. We emailed Wooof and they cancelled the subscription straight away.

Great product, my dog loves it and it’s easy to clean and use

Great product. I just have to find some bits to put in it. Bought bone meal and peanut butter. He loved the first one I gave him. Very tough product. He can’t chew it!

Although the hardness is lovely, I need to return the collar and lead. You only have 14 days to return the item and you have to email them first. Have sent many emails and heard nothing! Not the best customer service in my opinion. I will not be pleased if I miss the return deadline

A dog bowl that compartmentalises food is an excellent idea as our dog tends to inhale food very quickly.
Product looks to be of very good quality & the bowl was despatched on time.

I found exactly what I wanted and it arrived in a couple of days.

The items have not been delivered on time. Once they finally have arrived and while I was away, I did not received an email to confirm that they have been left outside my house. As the result, I found them a week later in a very wet box and the containers of the treats were all rusty. I was not impressed at all.

Easy ordering and quick delivery

Wooof is a great company to do business with and I have nothing but praise for their service.
I purchased 3 Zeedog harnesses recently from them.
I Love Zeedog products, so well made and last for a long time. I would recommend and will purchase these products again.
One criticism of the ‘softer walks’ harness is the size options however. The small size was just a bit too small on the largest option so I purchased a medium. This was a bit too big on the smallest setting. I really need a size in between the two for my dog.
Apart from this I’m very happy with my purchase.
