I've tried calling and rings for ages until get to speak,to someone about new policy and black box things and finally got through to be told wait another 24 hours and if no email call again???

Great company to insure with
Great company to insure with , it was over £1000 cheaper than companies, when i had just passed at 17, on comparison sites. The app is really easy to understand and to use and very accurate 👌🏼. It is also great not having a curfew or being marked down for driving at peak times as i travel to work in rush hour everyday and drive late at night on weekends. The only bad thing i have to say is when doing quotes for my second car I cannot get insured on alot of cars I would like , which is a downer because i would like to reinsure with woop by all means.

Can't believe the insurance quote i received,i was in shock.This company was the cheapest and i hope i found you years ago...thank you so much for giving me the cheapest quote and got me up and running.I have already reccomended this company named YOYO insurance who are with Woop company to family and friends.I was nervous as to how much mileage i would be able to do but this company has helped me and i can drive as much as i can now.Thankyou so so much.
I am having issues with the online portal to register so please can you get back to me and sort this out?

Good customer service and fair prices
Good customer service and fair prices. However, sometimes they do not pick up the phone a couple of times I tried to call them and it is a little frustrating. But overall, the insurance company is pretty good.
