Spoke to Carl and ordered our Bi-folds they arrived on the date given and fitted like a dream. I am so happy with them, the opening and closing is super smooth. Just can't believe the quality and overall look, I opted for trickle vents which also look amazing.
In short a good price for a quality product from a good company. Thanks

Would so recommend Worcester bifolds. Just had a bifold door and afew windows from them. Service was Great and so was the price

Had bi fold doors fitted and also a lantern, biggest mistake I done was to get this company to do it.
Paid money up front and for what, cheap crappy doors and bad fitting, roller bearing snapped off same week, door handle snapped and they have left an inch gap between frame and inner doorand frame, gasket pinched and split.
Lantern wasn't sealed up and allowed water to get in and cause damage.
They only answer the phone if you withhold your number.
Can't open the doors during hot weather
Stay well clear of the Worcester bi fold doors and window cowboys

Just a shocking experience. They came out to quote for me but then nothing - complete radio silence - despite constant chasing. Just the worst customer service - don’t bother getting them out as it’s pointless

Absolutely awful company, paid for their survey service. Came out and measured. Despite numerous promises never received a quote ! Given up and going elsewhere. Looks like I
was scammed.

Have just had a Roof Lantern and Bi Fold doors made from this company. Jack was very helpful in answering questions and sorting the product we needed quickly and efficiently he replied to emails the same day
prices compared well with other companies. products were very sturdy and well made will definingly use on our next project
