Booked tickets for the British Grand Prix. Fast easy communication with sales team, and tickets where email straight into circuit app. Travel was arrange by coach with straight easy access to the venue. Will recommend and will be purchasing my tickets for next year for sure!!!

After a "rocky road" prior to flying out for the Champions League Final (including two changes of London airport, personal details having to be submitted more than once via Google Forms and some strange email comms), I must say that World Choice Sports delivered a good service and that I would consider using them again. Even along the "rocky road", they would answer queries I had swiftly and understood my concerns as I was preparing for a trip to Budapest for the Champions League Final. I questioned why they could not sort out the chartered flight before advertising the departing airport (originally Luton) but I can now understand that chartering planes takes an element of pre-planning and that there is a risk of not getting the required slots at a particular airport so plans have to change. Living in London at least means there are other options available. The two female members of staff that greeted us at Southend Airport were very welcoming and from that moment on, I felt we would be well looked after. The planes that took us there and back were adequate enough and the delay we experienced at Budapest Airport prior to the return journey, was not down to the World Choice Sports. World Choice Sports seem to have a good portfolio of sports breaks but just be mindful that things might have to change particularly when booking for high demand events. I would say also that email comms out to customers needs to be improved as I thought they were at times rather amateurish. Overall, a job well delivered and I would be happy to recommend.

Did an excellent job of getting me and two others to the Champions League final in Budapest. Flights got changed from stansted to southend, but gave compensation for the inconvenience. Customer service was very good.

After an initial disappointment of the overnight stopover to Istanbul for the Europa League Final being cancelled, I was transferred onto the day trip and that was fine.

Well organised and smooth, we arrived on time (for a day trip this was critical!) and actually arrived back at Birmingham early.

In the last week, I've had a refund for the difference in the trips and I'm completely at ease with that as I know that they'd have been overburdened with Arsenal in Budapest.

I would recommend this company.

Went on a cruise to Norway ( from Southampton )..whilst booking etc with the cruise specialist we specifically asked for a viewing balcony on side of ship ..however when got to yhe room..we ended up at the front of the ship ..and we couldn't sit on that balcony because it was a solid wall and too high to look over from...my wife has a disability and it spoilt our holiday...we tried to get another room but all booked up...

Last minute booking for Europa League Final so price had increased but by that stage very competitive with other flights from Birmingham. Very friendly staff. Needed to get back after but everything ran like clockwork.

Used World Choice Sports for our Europa League Final trip to Istanbul and the whole trip was very well run. Communication both via email and on the phone was very good and the flight itself was great. Check in was easy (the flight was chartered with Pegasus) and well signposted (Villa badges on the Pegasus check in at Birmingham airport etc).
Passenger info via the google forms etc was easy enough. Would definitely use them again.

Pity you don’t do 10 stars.
Shame as this was worth every one. Travel to Istanbul to see Aston Villa. Super easy booking, super easy check in both ends and superb aircraft staff. Sharon in the office is so helpful. First class customer service. Will be back again when you run trips for my club. Up the Villa

Absolutely shocking. Booked flights for UEFA Conference League Final only to be told that not enough tickets sold. Price was £599 then jumped to £699 & then again to £899. Why did they increase the price. I had to make other arrangements last minute. Everything sounded so promising but they let us down. Do not trust booking with them. 👎👎👎👎👎

Cancelled flight to conference league finals due to not enough ticket sales....despite repeated assurances that they had sold enough tickets when I called 3 and 1 days beforehand to check, leaving it too late to find other options.

Liars.

We were booking a trip to Rome for the rugby and lads being lads, made loads of mistakes in the process, wrong hotels and rooms etc. Graeme was absolutely fantastic at sorting the issues and keeping in contact. His customer service is excellent and so friendly. Many thanks for all your help.

Great service on the train from Leeds to Wembley Sunday. It took a little longer than I expected but took the stress away from driving, especially with it being the London Marathon! Will definitely be using this service again.

It took a bit longer than quoted trust it to be the same day as the London Marathon but still better than driving all the staff were great

Will use them again if Leeds ever gets back there

I was booked on this so called quality service from Leeds to Wembley on the 26th of April 2026. It was advertised as quick journey but it took 5hrs to get from Leeds to our destination. We were offered no explanation why the journey took so long and not offered anything to make our journey a little better. Our return journey was even worse, kept waiting around when we’d been asked to get back to our destination station as quick as possible after the game had ended. We missed events we had booked at Wembley and on my return my hat was blown under the train and an employee said “Your not having a good day are you !” Pretty much summed a poor experience for the £100 plus I paid for the journey. I’d rather walk next time or use a more reputable company. If I could give it 0 stars I would have.

Awful experience. This service did not deliver what was advertised and what was overpaid for. Would not recommend.

Booked the Leeds to Wembley chartered ‘direct’ train for the FA CUP semi final at £115 per person for me and 6 Friends.

What can I say. False advertising at its finest. Luxury, comfort, stress free are all words on the info. Far from it.

1960’s train, intermittent working lights, no amenities, unpleasant staff, no communication and over 5 hrs each way!!! This is not mentioned anywhere

A train journey that took over 5 hours and we are now on way back at 9.15pm for another 5 hrs as the train keeps stopping to let other trains past.

Avoid at all costs and pay a little bit more for a proper service using normal train services

We will be making an official complaint and demanding a full or partial refund
