Have been working in oil and car parts business for several years, and one day desided to open our own company knowing what people selling and where is demand. We started our company in 2017 in our garage and grow from there. We found many customers looking for Best quality parts and oils, and not many people actually know what they need for their car, and this is where we step in, with extencive experience and knowledge we able to assist and help to choose right products for customer cars In 2021 we moved to our own warehouse and office based in same Milton Keynes, and we absolutely proud of it!! In the end of 2021 we became biggest distributor for LIQUI MOLY brand in UK. In the beginning of 2022 we became a member of A1 Motorstores buying group, and got more recognised in Automotive world. With the buseness like ours you always will find individual approach and 110% of the customer service and support Today we able to offer our customers wide range of products insluding over 500.000 parts and accessories for any cars, as well as next working day UK nationwide delivery service. And is just a beginning of our long jurney.

Poor stock management and unacceptable customer service.

I am extremely dissatisfied with how this order has been handled.

This was my first order with this company, and it has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I ordered 7L of oil specifically to cover my car service, but only 6L was delivered. It appears the company sold more stock than they actually had available.

After multiple calls and emails, I was told that the missing 1L had been dispatched via Royal Mail. However, by 8pm it was clear that the item had not even been handed over to Royal Mail, meaning delivery will not happen as promised.

This has had a direct financial impact on me. I am now unable to attend a pre-booked service appointment and will lose my deposit due to the company’s failure to supply the full order.

At no point was I informed that the product was out of stock or that my order would be sent incomplete. This lack of communication prevented me from making alternative arrangements or cancelling in time.

Overall, this reflects very poor stock management and unacceptable customer service.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop.

Delay dwlivery

I have paid more the £5,99 for next day delivery but it taked 2 weeks.
