Scammed of 70k, im even ashamed to admit that I had trusted them in the first place. Scammers like them needs to be put in bars so they don’t go scam more people, make the world a better place and stop existing. @delhipolice why would you let such theft run and operate right under your nose?

My name is Rodion Khanukaev, and together with my wife, Marienela Khanukaev, we paid World Immigration Services Center 10,000 AED by bank transfer for immigration/job assistance for Canada.

Before payment, we were clearly told by your representative that we would be entitled to an 85% refund at any stage if we decided to stop the process. Based on this assurance, we agreed to proceed.

In practice, no application was submitted on our behalf, and no clear work was done. We were never provided with any proof of progress, submission, or official documentation. When we asked for updates and later requested the refund we were promised, the company stopped responding completely.

We have sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages over several months with no reply. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. If no work was completed and no application was filed, there is no reason for the money to be kept.

We are still requesting either clear proof of what was done or the refund that was promised to us.

But it's been 6 months they didn't attend the call or message

Massive Scam Alert – Word Overseas Delhi

I want to share my full experience with Word Overseas Delhi so that no one else falls into their trap.
It all started when I was checking Instagram for permit-related information and saw a result showing Word Overseas Delhi. Curious, I clicked on it, and soon after, I received a call from a person introducing himself as Himanshu Rana, who also uses the name Himanshu Malhotra.During the call, he promised me that he could get me a visa for Luxembourg, help me obtain a residency permit, and provide me with a high-paying job within three months. He assured me that the whole process would be fast-tracked, my visa would be processed quickly, and I could relocate with my family.Believing his words, I paid ₹40,000 online.
A few days later, they sent me an agreement by courier. Once I signed and returned it, they told me that they would now conduct an assessment of my documents with the Luxembourg government, which supposedly takes one month. This assessment step was never mentioned before – initially, Himanshu Rana had told me that my interview would be arranged within 7 days.After taking my money and the signed agreement, the process was suddenly handed over to Mr. Rohan Khanna, claiming to be a Visa Officer.One month under Rohan Khanna’s supervision, and he started demanding additional unnecessary charges, creating more confusion and financial pressure.The promises of fast processing, guaranteed jobs, and family relocation were completely false.Both individuals, Himanshu Malhotra / Himanshu Rana and Rohan Khanna, used multiple names and roles to manipulate clients and appear professional while committing fraud.
They continuously created fake reels, WhatsApp statuses, and “success stories” to make their scam appear genuine.

Important: All the positive Google reviews for Word Overseas Delhi are completely fake. Just by reading the words, anyone can tell that these reviews are written by someone with a personal interest, not real clients. The overly flattering language and unrealistic praise make it clear that these reviews are fabricated, possibly by their relatives or associates to mislead the public.

⚠️ Warning to Everyone:
Do not trust Word Overseas Delhi or anyone operating under the names Himanshu Malhotra / Himanshu Rana & Rohan Khanna. They are professional fraudsters who waste your time, extract large sums of money, and mislead clients with false promises and fake documentation
If you want to see the reality of this company, check their 1-star Google reviews. There, you will find that everyone has faced the same problems, and those reviews are genuine.
I have all evidence – WhatsApp chats, emails, payment receipts, and couriered agreements proving their fraudulent behavior. Anyone wanting to contact me can verify these proofs.
I will be taking legal action against this company very soon
through the Consumer Court, Delhi Police Cyber Cell, and Ministry of External Affairs.

Big warning to all!! All positive reviews about World Overseas Service consultancy are fake. They have done fraud with me and thug my 61000₹. Now shamelessly saying do whatever you want. Mr Rohan Kahnna and Mr Himanshu Rana who have fraudulent names Himanshu Malhotra is the correct name. They used fraudulent names and scaming people please don’t ever pay

Be careful with such people. These are very deceitful people They first ask for some more money and later ask for more money I complained against him in the police station and I still haven't received my full money.

Guy please don't trust this consultancy, people who wrote all 5star review are fake and don't fell in to this fraud consultancy after paying registration fee they keeps you wait and tells to send assessment process fee after that they won't reply to you and won't pick your call, one fine day they says we r closing your application...
