Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and understand your concerns regarding the charges applied for your voluntary date-change request.

Please be advised that the Flexible Ticket option provides the convenience of changing the flight date and time up to 24 hours before departure, subject to the fees applicable as per the terms and conditions decided by the Airline. A Flexible Ticket never means that you could make changes to a booked flight ticket for free of charge. Date change fees are comprising in two elements. First one is the date change penalty which is a fixed fee varying dependent on each airline's terms and conditions and the second is the fare difference which is the difference between the fare of the new date and the fare which has already been booked.

In this instance, please be advised that the charges applied were in accordance with the applicable airline’s fare rules and policy. We would also like to confirm that World Tour Store did not charge any additional service or admin fee on top of the charges paid for the requested change.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret the frustration and inconvenience caused regarding your booking.

We hope you will understand that flight booking is a dynamic process, carried out globally by millions of customers across millions of websites at any given time. It is very common in the online booking process for a selected itinerary to become unavailable after the passenger or payment details have been completed, even though the same itinerary may still appear on the same website or other websites.

Most of the time, this can be due to the retrieval possibility of the auxiliary memory of the device being used. The itinerary may no longer be bookable because the fare or seat availability may have changed. Fares displayed and seat availability are dynamic in nature and can change instantly.

As you chose not to proceed with the revised fare, the booking was cancelled and the full amount paid was refunded to you.

Our team made several attempts to reach you to discuss the booking and address the concerns raised. However, unfortunately, we were unable to speak with you as the calls were not answered.

We would like to clarify that flight bookings are a dynamic process, with millions of customers making reservations across multiple platforms worldwide at any given time. It is possible for a selected itinerary and fare to appear available during the initial booking process but become unavailable by the time the passenger and payment details are completed.

This can occur due to real-time changes in airline seat availability and fare inventory. The availability and pricing displayed online are dynamic and can change instantly, meaning that a fare shown at the beginning of the booking process may no longer be available when the booking is being confirmed.

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience a fare difference during this process, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
