The flight shown was not actually available, and the pricing information was inaccurate. After contacting Worldtourstore.co.uk, I found a price difference of more than £60 compared with Cheapflights.com for the same flight. The information provided was misleading and should be reviewed. However, I would like to acknowledge that the customer service representative was helpful.

AVOID THIS COMPANY — ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I would strongly advise anyone to stay well away from World Tour Store Ltd.

I booked an airline ticket with them, agreed the price and paid the money they asked for. The very next day, they contacted me demanding even more money on top of what I had already paid. When I refused and explained that this extra charge was never part of our agreement, I requested a refund.

Since then, I have been ignored and given the runaround. I have contacted them numerous times and spoken to different members of staff, but I keep getting excuses and promises that the refund is “being processed”.

In my experience, the communication has been absolutely appalling, and I have been given conflicting information by different members of staff. I have completely lost confidence in this company.

If you value your money and your time, think very carefully before booking anything with World Tour Store Ltd. My experience has been extremely stressful and frustrating, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Stay away and use a more reputable travel company.

I had amazing support from Bhavna, she really tried hard to find me the bets deals with my specific travel timings and also during peak Aug season.
Giving 5 stars for all great support, highly recommended.

The staff are great, the very helpful, Sonam was superb. Bhavna was helpful with call back making sure all is going well. I think this company are great, genuinely helping customer. I'd used them again.

I booked a flight through WorldTourStore.co.uk. During the booking process, I was quoted a fare of £457 and received an email confirming that the booking process and payment had been completed successfully, along with a booking reference number.

The email stated that the ticket would be confirmed within 24 hours. However, on contacting the company after 24 hours, it was informed that the airline (Air India) had not confirmed the ticket and that I would need to pay an additional £29, increasing the total cost to approximately £486, before the ticket could be issued.

My concern is that the advertised price was not the final confirmed ticket price, and I was only informed of the additional charge after payment had already been taken. Consumers should carefully review the booking terms and be aware that the initial fare quoted may not necessarily be the final amount required to issue the ticket.

They said they have processed the refund , but refund is still not done after 8 working days.
I was very much disappointed by the process. This has not only wasted my time but had given me stress and frustration.

I found the fare through one of the big comparison sites, though the ticket did not go through intially. I got a call to let me know and discussed the options for the fare I could not secure and for the dates requested, there was a minor increase but nothing stupid. Unlike another provider on a different routing the offered date didn’t exist and the actual offer was 1000 more. Thats my only reason for a 4 star service and speed was all great value was great I would definitley use again.

The ticketing took a little longer than i thought but that is an airline issue.

I appreciate the effort of Bhavan especially on my ticket:-
1- For searching cheap tickets for me
2- For your constant calls to advise me when I was about to give up
3- For introducing all your company services
4- For your time .
