The customer support is exceptional. The instructions given by the support team are clear and easy to follow. They assisted in enhancing the security of our e-commerce store log-in process.

The level of functionality offered within the free version of the "User Registration and Memberships" plugin is simply incredible, and the Plans are very reasonable. Their instructional videos and documentation are detailed and high-quality, and they make it very easy to understand their product from the very start. Furthermore, the development team are All Stars! I found a conflict I couldn't solve, and they responded promptly through their chat function. They were able to resolve my issue, and their assistance was professional, patient and courteous. There are real people behind this product, and I find that to be extremely reassuring. had a very positive experience with the User Registration & Membership plugin, and especially with WPEverest’s support team.

After updating the plugin, the Brevo add-on stopped working and caused a 500 error. I contacted support, and their response was extremely fast, professional, and knowledgeable. They quickly investigated the issue, asked for the necessary details, and provided me with an updated version of the Brevo plugin, which completely resolved the problem.

After installing the corrected version, everything worked perfectly again. Special thanks to Uzwal Shrestha for his availability and clear communication throughout the process.

We run a website that features the best Christmas Lighting Displays throughout the State. We needed a convenient way for users to sign up and create an account, but we need to screen them for approval. It has worked out great. We are notified of all new users, pending approval.

We especially like that the users create their own account saving us time. We can also export the list of users for newsletters.

Support is good, but it may take a couple days.
