We have been renting our flat out with the help from Niraj for 3 years and the experience has been great. Any work that needed doing was organised by him at very competitive prices. Wraith started managing our 14 room HMO last year right in the middle of the pandemic, and in difficult circumstances have done a great job. Communication, which is key, has been excellent.
Fingers crossed things improve and get easier but in the meantime I know the property and tenants are being looked after by a great team.
