I ordered the 1 tonne pallet of Grade A smokeless ovoids and it arrived in Laois 2 days later. Great price, great service and great coal that was well wrapped and dry. Will definitely order from Wray again.

Purchased a pallet of grade A smokeless ovoids from Wray Group last week. I ordered on Friday and delivery was the following Wednesday morning. I could not believe the delivery was so prompt as it is in the middle of the busy season! Their website is very easy to get around and ordering what you want was very simple. Also the information and description of each product was excellent. The product came well wrapped on the pallet and the 20kg bags are seriously handy. The heat from the smokeless ovoids is exceptional. I have an open fire and I usually light the fire at around 5 or 6 o'clock in the evening, I started the fire with some peat briquettes and placed the ovoids around them! I placed some more ovoids on the fire at roughly 8:30 and that was it for the night, did not need any more and if a Blacksmith would have entered the sitting room, he would have been very envious of the fire. The room does still be warm the following morning, so I am more than happy with the excellent heat from this product. The ash left the next day is unbelievabley very little. I also used to purchase ovoids similar to these a few years ago, from a different supplier but the quality of the Wray Group ovoids is far superior and there are no clinkers left over the following day like the other suppliers. Overall more than happy with this excellent product, that is why I'm leaving such a long review. I will be definitely purchasing into the future for as long as I can! And i am recommending this product to anyone that has an open fire or stove.

Really easy to order arrived a bit late because of a storm but Lisa rang to let me know it was going to be delayed. Great product burns really well very little ash, will definitely be buying it again.

Excellent customer service. I messaged the company about ordering coal & they're response was quick. Ordered the coal late Thursday evening on line & had it delivered Tuesday morning. Very good. The coal is very good quality. Highly recommend Wray.

Found Liza to be really helpful. Coal delivered in a few days. The only problem was I wasn’t home when coal arrived. I didn’t get a phone call to tell me they were on their way. Luckily for me the driver who was a real gentleman rang and told me he was outside. I asked him to wait as I was 10 minutes away and he did. All in all coal in garage and happy out.

It was quick and efficient. The smokeless ovoids burn great. Lisa was very helpful and friendly to deal with.
