Unfortunately, I did not research this company before I ordered the shoes… they are horrible !!! They should be hold accountable for their lies!

I am writing this review to hopefully save consumers from purchasing anything from this website. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes, when they came they were way to small, they agreed to send me a new pair and suggested a different size; all i needed to do was pay shipping and i could keep the shoes, I paid a $14.99 shipping fee. when i received the shoes they were huge so again keep the shoes and pay the same shipping fee. 5 pairs later i still cant get the right size after measuring my feet going my size chart and there recommendations i still have no shoes and now have spent between shoes and shipping over $200. they will not give me my money back even know if clearly states in the return policy that they would. they now have offered me 35% refund of just the shoes not all the shipping fees that accrued. which is about 18.00. I tried to dispute again to get multiple apology's by multiple representatives giving me different amounts of refund ranging from10% , 15% 35% refund all in good faith and for all my trouble... really thats an insult and bad business. now to top it all off they are not a chicago based company they are actually from china and misleading people stating they are out of chicago. They did however say that if i want to return the 5 pairs of shoes that do not fit me and pay for the shipping that they would refund me the $59.99 which is only 1 pair not 2 , hmm lets see how much do you think shipping 5 pairs of shoes over sees will cost me - none the less DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM AND A RIP OFF. THE ADDRESS IS ALSO FAKE THEY DO NOT HAVE A STORE IN CHICAGO

I would rate it a zero if I could. I ordered a so-called tweed coat. In addition I added on a trench coat. I didn’t even take the trench coat out of the packaging. The “tweed” coat is a joke. Both are going in the trash. The coat looked homemade by someone who is taking Sewing 101.

Fake Company! The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I can’t give 0. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes thinking I would just return the pair that does not fit. Well neither fit. In fact they are smaller than the marked size. I was getting a turnaround about getting my full refund back then suddenly the support@mason-wright email doesn’t exist. These people are fake and definitely not in the USA I am out $100 bucks

Please don’t buy anything on this site. Total scam. I ordered the woman rétro lapel plaid tweed green coat . It s made of super cheap material , different look, no tweed. It had such a great pic online. Fake and lies. Don’t buy. This platform is not letting me add the picture . Shame.

I ordered the Classy Gradient Purple Lavender and Floral Printed Short Maxi Dress from Wright-Mason on September 8, 2025. The dress was advertised as 100% cotton, which was the only reason I made the purchase. When it arrived, it was polyester, not cotton, and the website description was later changed to say “eco-friendly fabrics.” Polyester is neither cotton nor eco-friendly, and this feels misleading.

When I contacted customer service, I was offered only a partial refund (first 10%, then 20%, then 30%, and finally 40%) and told to keep the dress. I repeatedly requested return instructions as advertised under their 30-day money-back guarantee, but they were never provided, and the process dragged on until that 30-day window passed.

While the representative was polite, the company’s business practices are deceptive and frustrating. Customers deserve accurate product descriptions and the ability to return items that are not as advertised without being pressured into partial refunds.

I accepted the 40% refund just to bring this to a close, but I would not recommend purchasing from Wright-Mason. My hope is that they begin honoring their return policies and accurately represent their products in the future.

I purchased their sneakers from Amazon. I can't believe they have the audacity to use the word "orthopedic." The interior is completely FLAT...not even an imitation insert for any type of arch support. The exterior is VINYL. They come in a Ziploc bag, not even a box. Took weeks to get, and the return policy is as bad as the product. Amazon refunded me and told me to keep them. I tossed them. Shame on this company!

Would like to rate lower but cannot. Arrived not at all what had been advertised. Ad said cotton and rabbit fur. Was actually polyester and spandex. Was told I would have to pay minimum of $25.00 to return to Asia and would take 30 days+ to refund. I am very angry.

Awful. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, same size, One was too small, the other too big. Contacted them for Return label and basically they refused. Back & forth for days to get a label that they did not provide. DO NOT buy from this Place. I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. They advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee, which gave me confidence when placing my order. However, when I tried to return the product, I was informed that I would have to pay international return shipping myself and that my refund could be declined after inspection. None of this was made clear at the time of purchase.

Instead of honoring the full refund as advertised, the company only offered me 35% back — about $18 — and told me to keep the product. This is nowhere close to a “money-back guarantee” and feels misleading.

The shoes did not meet expectations, and the resolution process left me feeling frustrated and dismissed. I settled for the partial refund just to be done with the situation, but I want others to be aware that the guarantee is not what it appears to be.

I highly recommend reading the fine print before purchasing, because the return and refund experience was not honest or customer-friendly.

It took three weeks to receive order. Shoes were wrong color and size ordered. They said to keep shoes and would replace if I paid shipping fees. Would not offer refund. Shoes ship from China.

The company has business practices that scam the consumer. The sizing chart on shoes is inaccurate. Once you receive the incorrect sized shoe, they do not offer a full refund without sending the product back to Asian which costs almost half of the cost of the shoe. Refunds are only offered up to 30% of the cost and added to the shipping still means that the company makes about 5-10 dollars on each product. Do not do business with this company. The name is misleading making you think that it is an American company. It is not.

Received shoes today the should have been a 7.5 and they were 9.5. If you return then it cost $25 to ship to Asia. Like wTF.

I saw these online and ordered three pairs ($180.00). I was misled by all of the amazingly positive reviews/comments on FB. I was looking for cute shoes that are also super comfortable (I'm 55). I wore one pair to work for a day and they were so uncomfortable, I couldn't wait to take them off ("orthopedic," my a$$). I tried to return them and the cost to send them back to China (the "Chicago" company is BS) was almost as much as the cheap, $hitty quality shoes. I ended up having a yard sale and giving the brand new shoes away. I hated them that much. Lesson learned.

I order 2 pair of the supposedly orthotics shoes. I ordered size 30 and they sent me size 40. I double checked my order and I did order the size 30. No response after 4 emails. No number to call. I'm stuck with the shoes. Do not use this company!!!

I ordered shoes and they sent me two sizes too big. They absolutely will not work with me to fix this mistake they made. They want me to send more money for shipping and get another pair. Which I will never do because I don't even know if these shoes are comfortable. The worst customer care ever!!!

I ordered the Emiline shoes with arch support in Beige. $59 for leather easy slip on corrective shoes. I did not receive leather corrective shoes. The shoes were substandard based on the item description by far. Sent an email with pictures of the different shoes I received. Full refund???? Oh heck no. "Keep the shoes and we will refund you 20%. That's a little more than $11. That is actually what these shoes are worth. VERY misleading.

This is the same group that's flooding the market with poorly made shirts. I ordered 2 men's XL shirts. It took 6 weeks to get them, and they were tiny shirts with XL labels. I tried to return or exchange them. They would not give me the address to return them, not offer a refund. This group has at least a half dozen different company names/fronts, offering the same shorts. All have terrible reviews. It's a scam. I lost $60.

They misrepresent the merchandise. You can't even consider the dress I got a cheap knock off. Wish I would have read these reviews prior. Now I'm out $52 bucks. Do not buy from them. They became unresponsive when I asked for a refund. I want my money back because this seems like fraud.
