SG230-17 Compatible part: Cost saving alternative How can I identify these cables? The Garador C-Type mechanism is identifiable by the side extension springs which have a pulley wheel attached via a bracket the top of the spring. The doors have one spring either side of the door, and a pulley wheel in the top corner of the door. Only one of my cables has broken, should I replace both? When one cable has broken it is usually best to replace both sides, so that the door remains balanced, and the cables will be the exact same length on both sides of the door.
