Fast delivery and good correspondence
Fast delivery. Idealy I should have ordered both springs but i wasn't sure if it I had ordered the correct one. Easy to fit, once I straightened the door frame and read the instructions, properly. Site definately bookmarked to be used in the future.

Information online about Garador locks…
Information online about Garador locks was excellent and clear. Also the instructions online about replacing a lock was good. You did say that a screwdriver was required and this was true. A spanner was also required but presumably those people who would be interested in fitting a new lock would also have a good supply of spanners.
Delivery by GPO was good.
