I found an excellent Chinese teacher for my son who has a strong passion for teaching the Chinese language. The syllabus is based on China’s curriculum, which may differ from that of other countries.

A Great Start for My Son
This was my son's first session & there was a substitute teacher. Overall, it was a positive experience & I was satisfied. If I were to give 4 star rating, it would simply be because my son has not yet had a class with the main teacher. What stood out most was that he did not feel the time passing at all 90min class was engaging & not boring for him. Thanks!

Great teachers
Great teachers! The teachers are very nice and patient. We live in the US, so it's hard to practice his Chinese on a day to day basis. My son mainly speaks English outside of Chinese class. His teachers have been very patient and always make an effort to explain things in different ways to help him understand.

I do not like the packages offered
I do not like the packages offered. It's too expensive and always in large packages, forcing customers to pay thousands. You are expensive!
Customers would rather pay < $300 for 1hr face to face lessons at a Chinese school (teachers also from China).
Wu Kong is more expensive than other competitors in the market. Not to mention it is only 30mins class. Competitor offer 45mins - 1hr for the slightly cheaper rate. WuKong to get 1 hr means you have to combine two 30 mins class.
Teachers are OK and depends on who you are assigned to. But overall, I felt when it comes to renewal, they try to lure you to commit to large packages, the larger it is the cheaper but it's very, very expensive! Money oriented obviously.
If the price is adjusted, it “may be” worth it.

They only care about your money
Poor explanation of cancellation/refund policy and misrepresented quality of instructors! Beware the trial teacher is not the same teacher you will get. We assumed it was the same or at least the same quality and within minutes I knew it was not going to work out. The teacher barely knew English and my daughter needed English translation. I immediately notified my advisor and asked for either the trial teacher or I would need to a refund which initially seemed hassle free when I signed up. That was in no way the case and in the end I had to pay approx $60 for 1 class that my daughter did not benefit from at all. They charge a 3% processing fee that I was unaware of and did not care to make it right in any way.
