We have been enjoying the fun interactive classes and thorough feedback reports from the teacher after the class has been helpful. Classes are recorded and one can get back to any class to review, which is very handy.

Effective duration
30 min lesson is just the right amount of time for my son to learn Chinese effectively. Not overwhelming with only a few words learnt each lesson. My son has started to speak basic Chinese every now and then.

Classes are flexible
We really like that the classes are so flexible and that we can cancel/reschedule the class on short notice on the same day especially when things come up unexpectedly.

Quality decline
We have been with Wukong Chinese for many years and had been very happy with previous teacher "weiwei". Ever since we switched our teacher in 2026, my daughter has been leas engaged and I have not been briefed on her progress. The replacement teacher did not even provide unit review for level 3D. We have paused our Chinese classes for now as I fail to see any ongoing benefits. For first time in 4 years I am considering withdrawing and moving her to different platform.

Amazing place to give your child another language as a gift to understand the world more.
I love the customer service assistance from Mavis. It is always easy and comfortable to talk about my requirements and concerns. We love Sarah as my kids’s teacher. She is wonderful. She knows when my son is distracted and how to get back his attention. The pace of the class is also very comfortable for us. Overall we are very satisfied.

We liked WuKong English class teacher Helga and English class assistant teacher Angel (杜学雨）very nice and professional! She provided us with excellent service! She made excellent support for us in transition to different teachers and made a smooth transition from us! She is always in good manner, polite and professional! We also liked Math class assistant teacher Will (吴炜）very professional and he can very efficiently sort out my son’s sick situation within very short notice and provide us with excellent support of class change A2 to A3. It gives us a smooth transition. Chinese teacher Aniya (桂晓林）very nice and professional! Timothy likes her! And Chinese assistant class teacher 张颜 very nice, professional and efficient!
