Have bought from wundapets 3 times now - good choice of products and quick delivery. Now my go to for cat food as good price for the natures menu pouches - which is the only thing my cat consistently eats

Wundapets are an excellent company. Prompt delivery of canary food at a very reasonable price, better than my local pet shop, and with much more choice. I will definitely be ordering again in future.

Fantastic company! I ordered 2x komodo 30,30,30 enclosures and i had a next day delivery! I missed the delivery due the dpd not showing up emailed wundapets they got back straight away and everything was sorted and had the delivery next day! Fantastic service goods where perfect and will definitely be ordering again 😀

A company willing to go all out too meet your needs & wants.
My bird needed a replacement table top perch & it had to be robust. I was provided with photographs of options with different views of all models fitting my requirements. Many places wouldn't be bothered to give us a choice and just sell us the ones they want rid of first... Not Wundapets. Both my parcels arrived next day even though one was 48 hours due to being a massive meaty perch.
Selection of items & many on offer, is huge.
I'll be very happy to spend my birds generous toy allowance and other needs at Wundapets. No more gone in a minute toys from abroad.

Best price Catit water fountain filters, reasonable delivery cost and arrived quickly.

What a fab company. I ordered Vitakraft meat sticks as my family dogs love them and its much cheaper than buying them from Pets at Home.

I ordered 1 box, but they sent me 2 as I was order number 10000! I was delighted! That was so sweet of them.

Terrible experience with company trying to get a refund. A parcel did not arrive so I contacted the company by email and phone. I then got a email from them saying I wouldn't be getting a refund because Royal Mail said they delivered to my address, I rang to speak to the women and she was really nasty saying I was rude to her and put the phone down on her in our previous conversation which was untrue as our conversation had finished. I had already told her the picture sent from Royal Mail
to my pc was not of my house, I said it's unlikely I will get it now they will probably keep it, "she said how do you know that you can't say that about people" ( nobody has brought it to me what else am I suppose to think) she also said "you look like you live in a nice area" (what has that got to do with it, she doesn't live here and shouldn't assume) I said well it's well known things go missing this time of year surely you know of this and she said nothing goes missing round her area. The final insult came when she said "maybe you keep other people's parcels" what a thing to say to a custom, she doesn't know me and has no right to say this without proof. I don't know what is wrong with this women and what she has going on in her life but you do not speak to a customer like that. Be careful buying from this shop because they Do NOT want to give refunds if your parcel doesn't get delivered.

This is my second time ordering pigs in blankets treats for our vizsla from Wundapets, and I’m so glad I found them. The service is outstanding — super helpful, quick replies to my initial enquiry, and lightning-fast delivery both times. I didn’t even know Royal Mail could move that fast!

I made 2 purchases recently and both items were great quality, at a really good price and turned up on time. I would suggest that they add full product dimensions (just length is a bit vague) as the dog rope toy was massive!! Returns can be made at your cost, which I think is fair. I think it's good to support small, independent businesses like this one.

This is the second time I have ordered dog treats from this company. Free postage (only as I ordered over a certain amount) and delivered to Scotland the next day with Royal Mail. Fantastic service. Thank you.
