I'm very nervous person regarding Dentist!
Can honestly say hand on heart these guys/girls are AMAZING 🥰
From my first call to the end of treatment they are incredibly and very understanding.

Been at the Wallasey Village Dental Practice for a few years now, every visit is a pleasure ( well if you can call going the dentist a pleasure 😀) from the reception area through to treatment is relaxing in a lovely environment. Everyone who you deal with are very polite professional and make you feel at ease.

Lovely staff and amazing knowledge. They all work so well together. I was seen by Ewa on Tuesday and she recommended that I visit Tom to have my gum looked at as she thought I may have a retained root. I went to see Tom and it was indeed a retained root, which he removed today. From initial discovery of the issue in my hygienist appt to extraction with dentist was around 48 hours which is brilliant as they were able to accommodate me so quickly.

As usual, all of the staff are friendly, approachable and genuinely seem to be happy to be there. I used to be scared of dentists/medical professionals in the past. I'm no longer scared of the dentist and that's all down to the excellent treatment given by WVDP. I'd recommend them to everyone!

So I went for a consultation with Jo lovely lady..
here’s where it went wrong as a private paying client..
I requested that rather then Invisiline will comes at a large cost and would take a year to see results.
Could I just get my composit veneers done instead bear in mind all consultations are paid separately for to have a conversation.
I was told over the phone point blank No!
I think this dental surgery seems all about maximum money generation, and not about “what does the patient wants”
I went to another highly reputable dentist probably the best in Wirral, got my full set of comp veneers done as Invisiline not needed.
Strange how this dentist really pushed this product (Invisiline) before doing any other work and refused to do anything else…maybe becuase the price tag would add another 6-7 k on top of the 7-8 k veneer price OR she is commission based on Invisiline who knows lost out on my business.. BUT to others shop around don’t just take what the dentist is saying as they are all about maximising revenue, from you as apose to what you want! Shame because Jo seemed really nice.
