Very great, despite the minimum age is 16 but I'm still 15, how am i really smart if the minimum age lowers than 16? Last time i saw is 107 so it might increase a little right? 5 star automatically!

Als ik 0 sterren kon geven dan deed ik dat... na betalen van €1,90 en je klikt op het downloaden van een rapport dan wordt er ineens 9.99 van je rekening gehaald zonder pardon onder het mom dat ze dit blijkbaar ergens in ieniminie letters hebben gezet...

I had a very frustrating experience with this company.
I signed up for what appeared to be a simple online service, but the payment structure was not clearly explained. After I canceled, I was still charged, which felt misleading and unfair.
It was difficult to get a clear response from customer support, and I eventually had to contact my bank to resolve the issue. I did receive a refund in the end, but the whole process was unnecessarily stressful.
I strongly recommend that others be very careful when using services connected to this company, especially regarding subscriptions and hidden charges.
