I had a very frustrating experience…
I had a very frustrating experience with this company.
I signed up for what appeared to be a simple online service, but the payment structure was not clearly explained. After I canceled, I was still charged, which felt misleading and unfair.
It was difficult to get a clear response from customer support, and I eventually had to contact my bank to resolve the issue. I did receive a refund in the end, but the whole process was unnecessarily stressful.
I strongly recommend that others be very careful when using services connected to this company, especially regarding subscriptions and hidden charges.

I can't really see where I've made a mistake and to check and correct my ways... Also, an important piece of information you can check and add is something related to there being an active IQ concept, so that participants don't get demotivated by their results, and I think there should be a wider variety of more intuitive problems

Our test focuses on nonverbal reasoning, so it does not include real-life scenario questions today, but your idea is helpful and we will share it with the team. Also, our service is intended for users 18 and older, which is why younger age options are not available
