The job got done ok but wasn’t happy…
The job got done ok but wasn’t happy with the person who carried it out. Not only he didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted him to wear a mask and he didn’t have one. Also his attitude was Just not a nice one and I wouldn’t like to have him again.

Thank you for your review. One of our requirements in our “COVID-19 Working Securely” policy (as supplied to all our contractors) is that PPE should always be worn if the work allows for it. As we supply PPE to our contractors we will address your comments with the Contractor concerned and thank you for drawing this to our attention.

Excellent workmanship and professionalism
Excellent workmanship and professionalism in exactly the times I needed. 3 pieces of work doing - a bathroom ceiling that was damaged through damp upstairs was treated, and painted, 2 wardrobe runners fixed and then a wonky shower attachment fixed. Kevin was totally professional, efficient, very much recommended. Thank you, will use you again, trusted organisation and people.

I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and to recommend him..
NB only tiny thing: what is your company policy on masks??? I do wonder if your contractors should wear them indoors?

Used for electrian and handyman work
Used for electrian and handyman work. Broadly satisfied- transparent charging system. One small issue was electrian appeared slightly unprepared as turned up with no step ladder despite this being necessary for job. However this was not major as I needed to buy one anyway
