The Hypervolt charger is excellent. The white home 3 is crisp and modern design with lights that you can select making it very sleek. The installer who was local to us was extremely polite helpful and did a great, clean job.

The engineer, Tim, who fitted out Hypervolt charger was friendly, helpful and efficient. He went out of his way to meet my requirements and responded positively to my suggestions. As a result, the charger was installed exactly as I wished, leaving a neater job than I had expected. He explained how to operate it I carefully and clearly before he left. I’m happy to recommend this company without reservation.

Out of all the companies offering EV chargers, they were the quickest to respond. My charger was installed in just over two weeks.
Everything, the price, delivery and the installation process was done as they said it would be. It was quite refreshing to receive some professional service for once.
Even the person they sent to install was very professional and helpful and more than willing to explain how to use the app.

Ordered my Hypervolt direct from the manufacturer with instalation. They handed this to 247EV. Owen my installer let me know when he was arriving. Instalation was very good. Excellent tidy job even though it wasn't a simple cable run. All working a treat and could not fault Owen's work. Many thanks.

Communication was good (via phone & text). They quickly contacted me to complete the initial survey data & upon receipt of that kept me informed on updates. An installation date was quickly provided and the installer arrived promptly. He was polite & friendly and the installation went without a hitch. The site was left clean & tidy

Transparent pre installation information, easy instructions for me to video the potential route and send via a link( I’m not tech savvy either).Date booked and engineer arrived promptly as arranged.Electrician professional and polite and knowledgeable about the product.Left very little evidence of installation,in the way of mess and found the simplest route from Electric mains box to the charger outside.My only concern/complaint was paying upfront for the total bill, this is unusual practice when paying for a service.I did get contacted about my concern, to discuss, but the rationale didn’t explain the full payment(the charger was delivered straight to my house).Luckily my colleague had also used this service, and confirmed its legitimacy.

Very easy to order, take delivery and to get installed.
I was kept up to date with the whole process and assessment of where the charger could be fitted was all done remotely. Chap who did the installation was excellent and again explained every step of what was done.
Only thing to stop full marks was slight delay in placing order and getting it installed (in fairness Xmas and New Year was a factor).

Ordered a charger installation directly from Hypervolt and they chose 247ev for the install. Had a call back explaining everything thoroughly and they sorted out the DNO notification. From placing the order to installation date was about 3 weeks (over Christmas). Come install date everything was perfect. Installer was on time, very competent, did a really neat install and left zero mess. Can't recommend highly enough!

Really pleased with my experience with 247EV; Dave (installer), was excellent. Really clean and tidy work, in a pretty difficult installation due to location of consumer unit. Really pleased with the finished product, would totally recommend 247EV.
