Really impressive service
Really impressive service from the 247EV team. I ordered my charger direct through Hypervolt and almost immediately I was contacted by 247EV, as approved installer in my area, to arrange the installation. Chris was very patient and diligent in obtaining the necessary information for the installation and Owen was excellent on the day, installing the charger in around 3 hours. I think my charger was installed in less than two weeks from order. Would highly recommend

Excellent service from start to finish. It was just 10 days from first enquiry (in between Christmas and NY) to our EV charger being installed. Every person we dealt with from start to finish was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We would have no hesitation recommending 247ev.

Poor level of Service- initial consultation.
Was directed to this company via the Manufacturer of the EV charger. The person I spoke to showed an inflexible, abrupt and noncommittal response. I was unimpressed by this and subsequently decided to make my own arrangements for installation. Disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your initial experience with us left you feeling disappointed it’s never the impression we want to give.
We completely understand how frustrating it can be when the process feels more involved than expected. However, in order to install any new EV charger safely and in line with current regulations, we are required to carry out a remote home survey. This helps us understand the electrical setup at the property before any work takes place.
As you mentioned, you already have an older charger installed, but the installation date wasn’t known. This makes the survey even more essential, as the wiring regulations changed in 2021 and we must confirm whether the existing setup has surge protection and meets the latest safety standards. Without clear images and basic information from the survey, we unfortunately aren’t able to proceed with an installation simply to ensure your safety and full compliance with regulations.
We’re genuinely sorry if this came across as inflexible, our intention is always to protect our customers and ensure everything is installed correctly. Customer service is extremely important to us, as reflected in our many positive Trustpilot reviews, and it’s disappointing that we weren’t able to assist you on this occasion.
We do wish you all the best with your installation, and if you ever need support in the future, our team would be more than happy to help.

Very professional job
Tim arrived as agreed and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Once downloaded Tim went through the app (pretty simple) to make sure all was working correctly. Tim was a really nice bloke. Hope he got home ok, the weather was horrible. Thanks Tim.

Very easy process
Very easy process. New to EV charging, 247 were quck to respond and the installation was done within 2 weeks. Pre installation survey was online using photo's and followed by telephone conservation to clarify placement of charger. Installers arrived on time and completed the job quickly , leaving us with the car charging and all necessary apps installed. Highly recommend

Top Quality Service from Start to Finish
Everything was easy from start to finish. The survey was simple and self explanatory to fill out.
I was able to get an appointment much quicker than other providers for the charger I wanted. I was also called and asked did I want a cancellation appointment sooner than my original.
On the day of the install, the installer was absolutely spot on, he explained everything to me, made sure I was happy where the charger was being installed, was courteous and cleaned up after himself.
After finishing the install he helped me set up the hypervolt app and explained how everything worked.
I’d highly recommend 247EV for your charger install!!
