Really friendly and helpful service
Really friendly and helpful service provided. Ash was happy to look at alternate flight dates to save me money which is really appreciated. I managed to get a great package from Fly 360 Travel and will be using them again first for future bookings.

It was a good experience they found a Emirates airline good connection ticket for me and I needed to change my dates on return too they tried their to sort it out. I recommend others as well.

I have used 360 as recommended by a friend,ASH HAS BEEN BRILLIANT. He got me a very good deal which i was struggling with, as it is a multi flights and hotel, he dealt with my situation on a last minute basis, and deleiverwd what he had promised, good flights, good hotel,

Another pathetique thieves - Evidence can be provided of course but no attach option
The case is very simple and pretty straightforward
1) One online website (cheapticketsdeal.com) + one charge of my card (fly360.com or 360tc.co.uk-this domain directs also to fly360.com) + one pandemic + one law
By the way - why they are changing website links - because they are trustful?
2) They should have made me a simple refund months ago (the airline company made the refund to them since 30.11.2021 - not having an option to attach evidence)
Instead they will lie about making a simple 2 days refund, play ping pong with you, blame the other, not respond etc - at least this is what they have done with me.
Very simple - offer refund evidence to TrustPilot, I will confirm - all good.
If not - and only crap responses, lies etc - TrustPilot to close account!
That simple!
