Bought a dugout one hitter combo,paid almost 45-50 for it.. the package came 5 days late( delayed going to shipper not by shipping company) .. there was a dugout but nothing else. I emailed them and they said 3-5 days for a response. Nothing. Found telephone number for 420 science and one was disconnected the other one said he they wasn't accepting any new calls at this time.. dont buy anything from this company 420 science

Never buy from these scumbags. I bought a custom piece and not only did it arrive weeks later. Not a single peep from y'all. I've reached out multiple times and got left in the dark. Not even any sort of compensation. They'll screw you over in any way possible. Save your money or take it somewhere else.

Product arrived broken. Company says "3-5 business days" for support reply. No reply after 7 days. No support whatsoever. Just paid money for nothing.

Will not respond to help on website form, email or phone. Will never order again. Returns link is broken.

This was my first purchase experience from 420. I wanted to make an exchange of 2 items. I wrote the company several times but I never heard back from them. NO service after the sale... 👎

they sent me the wrong size stem after I specifically asked for a four and a half and they confirmed it but they gave me a 5 and 1/2 and I can't use the stem at all and I lost $16 on the whole thing cuz they have no returns. but I didn't know I had to factor in there errors. and they won't help me at all

Was once my favorite online headshop. Sent me the wrong product and never responded at all. Unreal. The lights are on but no one's home. You can't trust a business like that.

This is the second time I've ordered, and second time I haven't been able to get any communication from CS.

This time, however, it was a completely inaccurate product listing, it turned out- so I received a completely different version of the product than what was shown (function, color, specs, etc were all different) and they refuse to even acknowledge I exist.

I've tried to reach them on all platforms, multiple times- email, instagram, Facebook messenger, you name it. Ridiculous.

They sent me the wrong product and it took them 12 days to get back to me so i decided to order an angle adapter from TAG to be able to use the ash catcher they sent me. I still give 4 stars because they made up for things by issuing a full refund so thats why i decided to edit my review from 1 star to 4

Garbage products. I’ve had 3 cbdfx refillable vapes and they are as cheap as they come. The magnet will fall out about a month after use and will stop working. So, I decided to try the cbdfx disposable vapes, twice, and both only drew oil (A LOT) and no smoke. OH, AND you can’t return used products and the only way to test the disposable is to try to smoke it, bye bye $30. What a rip off. I gave a 2 because they sell Invincibowl screens. Sad. Customer service is not responsive thus far.

Garbage company garbage customer service. Non existent customer service. Will not reply to emails and they do not offer a phone number.

The glass is excellent quality and they packaged it really well. They also seemed like they addressed a lot of the issues some these other people are having. Give em a shot

AVOID. I placed an order on December 13 and only a portion of the order has been received. I have emailed 3 times, but STILL no response, no product, and no refund. Extremely poor customer service.

AVOID.. I have ordered from them a few times with no problem but not the case anymore. I placed a 350 plus dollar order over a week ago, got immediate confirmation and an email that it should ship within 24 to 48 hours. It's been over a week I can't get anyone to respond to me, no shipping confirmation no nothing. Used to be a great company I don't know what's going on anymore with them.

Everything about this garbage heap is a rip off. Do not buy.

I placed an order and tried to cancel it 8 hours later. The reply to the email stated the item had already shipped. I went to site to begin the return process and it stated the order had not yet been fulfilled. I emailed requesting assistance in the process. No reply. The item was delivered and I initiated the return process per their website. It has been over a week and no one will return my emails or assist with the return. I wish I had researched the company before ordering. Based on the reviews I have since read, this company has no intention of honoring their return policies.

Went to initiate a return on august 8th and haven’t heard anything back since, contacted them and still no reply and my returns in limbo, they steal your money do not recommend.

I ordered the wrong size stem and wrote if I could exchange. They quickly emailed back and said no need to return they'll issue a store credit. Now I'll use it to get the right stem. Not bad.

I ordered from 420science on 4/3 & they did ship very quickly but I'm not happy with the products & want to return them. I've been emailing them all week with zero response. I will be reporting the owner Matt, Cosmic Industries LLC & 420science to FTC as well as the AG in Texas. It's no wonder they make over 3 million a year, ripping people off!

Got a great deal and a quality piece. Customer service was surprisingly top notch. Other places I've shopped take forever to respond or don't respond at all. They sent stock photos and shipped the item right away. Had a great experience overall.
