Perfect size, perfect color

This is a beautiful piece and the hits are extremely smooth compared to other bongs I have used. The glass seems to be of high quality as I see only a few imperfections. I am super happy with this purchase and will look to Dank Geek and Human Grade again. Oh, and shipping was pretty quick despite nasty storms in the east.

I was a jerk and they still gave me a full refund even though it wasn't them causing a issue

I was very confused and angry at first with my misunderstanding of how the company worked. I brought up my issue and they replied right away. Due to the incompetence of the mailing process my order had been taking forever. Li the owner of dankgeek reached and apologized for what had been going on and is giving me a full refund even though they had nothing to do with the issue. I highly recommend them.

Dank Geek is one of my most go to for supplies and and pieces. The team goes above and beyond even if they don't have to. Let me tell you my story, young stoners please. I ordered one of their bubblers. Worked perfectly until, of course COMPLETELY my fault, I knocked it over and the stem broke. The outside survived the 3 foot drop not even a scratch. Pretty impressive it didn't just shatter everywhere. Anyways, I just posted my review mentioning the accident. They immediately offered a coupon to help with replacement. Even though they didn't have to do a damn thing. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE, and for that alone-they have a lifetime customer out of me.

I ordered a glass piece and ended up waiting over a week with the package sitting at a regional USPS facility for days with no movement. Communication from DankGeek was basically a copy-paste response blaming the carrier and offering no real help, compensation, or urgency.

I understand that sellers don’t control USPS, but as a customer, the experience still falls on the store. Long delays, no proactive updates, and no attempt to make things right made this purchase frustrating from start to finish.

The worst part is that the piece itself isn’t even worth the price paid. For what I spent, I could’ve gone to a local smoke shop, paid a little more, walked out the same day, inspected the quality in person, and avoided all this hassle.

Warning to other buyers: if you want your piece quickly, want to see what you’re buying, or want real customer service, you’re honestly better off supporting a local smoke shop than ordering from DankGeek.

Would not order again.

Your order was placed on Feb 25th and shipped on Feb 27th, sticking strictly to our 48-hour processing window. While we understand the frustration of waiting, tracking shows your package moved through the regional facility in 48 hours, not 'over a week' as stated. At the time of your review, the shipment was still within the standard 2–5 business day window for USPS Ground Advantage, which was unfortunately affected by documented regional weather delays in Michigan.

Despite the carrier's weather delay being entirely outside of our control, we proactively reached out on March 3rd to offer you a 20% discount as a gesture of goodwill, contradicting the claim that no compensation or help was offered.

We pride ourselves on providing same-day customer service and standing by our customers when things actually go wrong. We are sorry this experience didn't meet your personal expectations, but we stand by our fulfillment speed and our documented efforts to provide a resolution before the package was even due for delivery.

Everything you want!

I have purchased a few items from Dank Geek over the years, and I could not be more pleased! Their website has a huge variety of smoking accessories and glass. Each item has clear and thoughtful descriptions - including actual size measurements which are vital when trying to replace broken pieces! Items are shipped quickly and well packaged, and because a lot of things are glass, they have a great (and well priced) protection plan that does not make you wait for any broken items. They have great articles about different types of products so that you can find what is going to work for you. Love this shop, but there is one special thing that makes it really stand out above the others: I always feel like I'm dealing with real people who personally appreciate my purchase and want to help if there is any sort of issue. Love these guys. I recommend them to anyone looking for good weed equipment at a solid value!!

DankGeek has always delivered, and ships quickly. They have a large selection that's very well organized, and easy to sift through. Double check prices, DankGeek is not always the cheapest, but if someone is selling the same thing for one third the price I would head back to DankGeek. They have not let me down, and ship quickly.

Sadly this isn't your typical review. I honestly LOVE the products, website/store setup, quick turn-around time & pricing; that said, NONE of that matters unless ALL your items arrive on time AND in the condition promised!! Numerous times DANK GEEK has completely forgotten INCLUDED ACCESSORY PARTS such as/not limited to: glass nails, glass domes, dry flower glass bowls, dab utensils, ect which were ALL labeled as "INCLUDED" when the main product is purchased. They're usually cheap or inexpensive accessory parts that are key components to using the main product properly which make forgetting them INEXCUSABLE from my perspective. Usually I look past these customer service/shipping transgressions, however this time was different, this was an important purchase.
I ordered a product clearly labeled as a "DAB RIG," which stated a quartz nail accessory/dry flower accessory is included; just to be certain I'd have no problems receiving the rig ontime when i arrived in Florida for a 3 week family Xmas vacation, I ordered the items 2 weeks in advance; at that same time I also ordered a domeless titanium/quartz hybrid nail from the DANK GEEK shop as well just to make sure I could use their DAB RIG even if their shipping/packing department forgot my accessory parts LIKE THEY USUALLY DO. I couldn't have anticipated that these guys would actually forget the included nail for the "DAB RIG" I clearly purchased; AS WELL AS the extra domeless nail I purchased alongside with the rig. Now the DAB RIG cannot be used as a DAB RIG. It's basically just a weird, ugly ooking flower vase at this point

The icing on the cake is these people actually included a DRY FLOWER GLASS BOWL attachment*(how nice right!); except they didnt bother to package it separately w/foam or bubble safetey wrap to avoid potential damage so that specific part arrived shattered in the box.

Um helloooooo, I ordered a DAB RIG ...not A DRY FLOWER BONG....
which u clearly have specific products labeled as; now I'm stuck with a new glass DAB RIG, NO DAB NAIL OF ANY SORT to dab with while i stare at 5 GRAMS of fresh Rosin during a 3 week family vaca no where near a smoke shop.... which I'm ONLY 3 DAYS INTO

I'd like ANY & ALL info needed to return your useless items immediately in order to receive every penny I paid for the items I CANNOT USE. I'm also done giving your company opportunities to be better seeing that you obviously don't thing shipping/receiving/packing is as important as the other departments.

In my opinion, NONE OF THE REST MATTERS if u can't make the final experience of receiving the purchased product, a fun....happy or exciting experience. Hope u guys do better for your future customers. I'm no longer one of them so you lost that opportunity.

This company is a scam. Do not buy a single thing from them. Item received and it was junk from the start. Emailed them and of course got the run around.
They will take your money and run.
STAY AWAY!!!

*EDIT- this wound up NOT being Dank Geeks fault at all. This wound up being a brand (Auxo) issue.
After some mis communication
and me jumping the gun, Joseph got with me and worked out a solution. In the end, what started off rocky, was a pleasurable experience.

Great little rig
