Warte seit 2 Wochen auf meine Bestellung.
Bekam vor wenigen Tagen die Nachricht, dass sehr viele Bestellungen den Prozess verlangsamen würden.
Haben keinen guten Eindruck von diesem Shop

I bought a long tshirt on this shop. After one week item is still "confirmed at our central warehouse and is in the process of being prepared". I send three emails with asking: no answer. I think that they don't work or shop any joke. Now I cancel my order but I think that I will lose 90euro.

I bought some beautiful volcome sandals . I was worried, that they arrive before i leave on my vaccation. I wrote to the customer service of 44 Board Shop and they where super friendly and amazing. With their help and support my flipflops could make it on time, so i can walk with them on the beach! :) great company lovely customer service!! Top!! Thank you

Ho acquistato uno zaino, ma non è di mio gradimento (colore più scuro della foto e materiale molto rigido con apertura scomoda).
Purtroppo non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta alle mie numerose mail, in cui chiedevo informazioni per il reso del mio articolo.
Il sito presenta problemi, non si riesce ad accedere ai dati del mio ordine e, di conseguenza, risulta impossibile avviare le procedure di reso.
Mi sembra di capire che non c'è alcuna attenzione verso il cliente e nessuna assistenza.
Sono costretta a tenere il mio ordine, che non è di mio gradimento ed aver speso, così, dei soldi inutilmente.
Non farò più nessun ordine in questo sito e sono sconcertata dal fatto che non c'è stata nessuna attenzione e rispetto verso i diritti del consumatore.
Assolutamente da evitare!

Für eine Retoure / Stonierung zwingt einen der Shop, nochmal extra 7€ (für Papierkram, Aufwand...) zu zahlen

This website is a joke, ordered a coat for £120, was too small so asked to return and exchange but they don’t do that apparently. You have to pay £17 to send it back even though it’s a uk website. They don’t speak very good English. Just avoid this website!!

No shipping time and payed £8 for express, it's been a week and still no sign

Hoping it is not a fake. Waiting and waiting and have not got an answer from customer support. I have tried email and phone. Still waiting. Have this people disappeared?

Don’t buy from this website. They will take forever to ship your order and you’ll be waiting for a delivery in ages!! And if you enquire about your order, they will lie and blame the courier instead!

If I could give zero stars I would. Order placed over 10 days ago, it has not be shipped and no update

Pongo una estrella porque no se pueden poner CERO, que son las que se merecen. Al recibir el pedido veo que necesito una talla más y aquí es donde empieza el robo. Me dicen que no hacen cambio de tallas, que le envie el articulo y procederan a reembolsarme el dinero. Hasta aquí bien, pero para mi sorpresa, me devuelven casi 10€ menos de lo que pagué. cuando escribo para preguntar el por qué me contestan:

Procedo a explicarte la situación:

Por un lado, como establecemos en nuestras condiciones de devolución, que puedes consultar en nuestra web, cobramos 7€ en concepto de manipulación, gestión, administración y autoliquidación.

Por otra parte, no devolvemos los gastos de envío, en tu caso 2,40€ ya que el pedido realmente ha sido enviado.

En ningun momento antes de esto me explican que me iban a estafar de semejante manera, ya que en ese caso me hubiera quedado con el producto y lo ubiera vendido yo...
NO COMPREIS AQUI, NO SON DE FIAR

I have order on 5th September and at this moment my order wasn't dispatched.
Ridiculous😠

Saw these reviews after ordering, emailed to check item was in stock. I was told it was, then a week later they changed their story after having wasted my limited time to source the item elsewhere. Why take money fot stock you don't have and then lie about it?

Also, the store is located in Spain. Which is not clear online. Be prepared to wait, if they bither ti send you order at all.

I ordered Poncho for my brother birthday that was last week. After 8 days the item is still not sent. Scammers

I ordered some boardshorts. Item hasn't been shipped and customer support hasn't replied to my message.
Don't be fooled by the nice website!

fatto un ordine una settimana fa non se nemmeno se mi arriverà, scritto + mail mai risposto, chiamato sempre + volte non rispondono mai, ordine in lavorazione da una settimana, parliamo di piccole cose in paio di infradito ... pessimi veramente,scongliato

As many other reviews, they sold me an item that was out of stock. They have good communication, but I would not recommend ordering anything from them.

Thank you 44BoardShop for the excellent service. I can not understand why this company has such a low review score, at least within the experience that I had. They shipped the order on the same day and received it on the scheduled date. Would buy again! 10/10
