I ordered a watch from 44 Boardshop and communication was great. I was given a tracking number for my item and I was able to follow its journey throughout. Item is great and no issues.

They took my order and said the item was in stock . They then said they were shipping item and took money. 5 days later they then send me a message saying it isn't in stock and they can't send it even though they had already said it had been "shipped".
I will never use this company ever again and I advise anyone else to be very cautious when dealing with these people.
I should of came here 1st to read the other reviews I would of saved myself a lot of time and hassle.

Una empresa estafadora. Sólo quieren robar al cliente, hasta que haces el pedido muy bien ahora como tengas que cambiarlo o devolverlo van a por ti. Yo quise cambiar la talla y al final me quedé sin botas y después de estar con PayPal poniendo una reclamación al final he perdido 30 euros. NO COMPREIS EN 44SURFBOARD.

Quería hacer una devolución del producto al momento de recibirlo por lo que envié un email para ver las condiciones. Tienes tú que pagar los gastos de envío que rondan los 10 euros y además te quitan 7 euros del total de tu compra (quizá esto fue porque el artículo que compré es de la marca Patagonia). Igualmente me parece un robo. Me encanta apoyar las tiendas locales pero me he tenido que quedar con el artículo para venderlo por diferentes apps y no perder 20 euros. Mi experiencia ha sido muy mala. Te recomiendo que antes de comprar preguntes por la política de devolución.

Communication was good overall, but had to wait a month to find out my trainers were in fact no longer available, rather than just delayed. No additional compensation for my inconvenience other than a refund

I got screwed like many... More than two weeks later, I still haven't received my order. The usual shot as you can all see from the different reviews, an eternal restart. I have a feeling that they are going to do the blow they do to me a lot : "item no longer in stock" or "stolen/lost package". Instead of making excuses for yourself, please find solutions. On these google reviews, you spend your time apologizing for "the inconvenience caused", always the same song but nothing changes, you should rather think about questioning yourself because many people are complaining about your very dubious services.

Be a little human, there are people behind these orders. Don't scam people for allowing you to eat

Estuve a punto de no comprar aquí por los comentarios y menos mal que al final me lancé. He comprado unas botas de snow más baratas de todo internet y me han llegado en menos de 48h. Las botas perfectas y ningún problema en todo el pedido.

I ordered a winter jacket at 44boardshop recently. Everything went smooth until I was supposed to get my delivery. My dumb ass had entered the wrong address- just a typo. The parcel was then returned to Spain from Denmark without me being able to stop it at the local post office. I wrote to 44boardshop and explained my error. A terrific and awesome guy named Javi at their customer support helped me out, updated my address and sent it back to me free of charge! If that ain’t great customer support, I don’t know what is! Thanks a million to Javi and 44boardshop for helping me out fast, with a smile and for free. Definitely will be back some day. Muchas gracias!

I order a 4 snowboard pants and a jacket. The first question they had was if I could order less?? (I was not sure about my size) So I did! I ordered 2 pants and a jacket. Then I expand my payment, because I did not receive my order. After doing that they told me that there was "some problem" in the transit depot, and told me it was better to cancel my order. I'm quite sure that If I payed in advance I reacived my order right away.

Allerdings muss ich auch sagen, dass meine Anfrage nach 7 Tagen unverzüglich beantwortet wurde und man mir angeboten hat Geld zurück oder anderen Artikel auswählen. Daher gibt's 2 und nicht nur einen von 5 Sternen

Ponen articúlos en oferta, cuando los compras y los pagas te dicen que no tiene stock, que lo sienten mucho pero no tienen stock. Ellos dicen que comprueban constantemente el stock, pero despues de pagar una compra resulta que no tienen. Si quieres te venden otra cosa, mucho más cara evidentemente. La devolución del dinero, esperando, para cobrar, cobran rápido, para devolver no.

Días después de decirme que mi pedido ha sido enviado me dicen que no hay stock.
Días después me escriben para decirme que mi paquete ha sido robado o se ha perdido

Muy mala experiencia tras comprar en este lugar. Antes de hacer un pedido les contacté para confirmar la medida de unas líneas, y tras realizar el pedido, me llegaron unas erróneas. El personal que me atendió (me llamaron 3 veces) no conoce lo que vende, y los plazos de entrega no son los que indican en la web.
La devolución es más cara que el producto que compré, a parte de mandar varios correos para seguir el procedimiento y no tener respuesta alguna.

Bought a wetsuit that I need to return as it doesn't fit. No reply to email I sent 10 days ago despite them saying they will respond within 24hrs. When I've tried to phone repeatedly there is no answer.

Fantastic service, ordered a new H/H jacket (Helly hansen w odin mountain 3l shell jacke nightshade) for my girlfriend monday 21th july 2021, the jacket arrived the next day with DHL Express. I live in Norway, so that's impressive.
The jacket was 50% off.

Due to bad reviews I contacted 44boarsdshop customer service, to see if the jacket was available, they only had 1 jacket in size small, the size we wante. I choose Klarna (Pay later) on checkout.

Use Paypal or Klarna (pay later) if you have doubts, they will assist you if there are any problems.

So ein Saftladen! Verlangt 7 Euro (!!!!!!!!!) pro zurückgeschicktem Artikel Bearbeitungsgebühr!

Bei den Rückgabebedingungen ist das zwar im Kleingedruckten zu lesen, allerdings bei "Häufigen Fragen" steht davon nichts.

Besser nicht mehr in Spanien bestellen. Die Rechtsgrundlage/ Rückgabebedingungen sind wohl andere als hier...

Sehr unzuverlässig, kann ich in keinster Weise weiter empfehlen.Einfach nur erbärmlich.
