We can confirm that your returns were received at our warehouse on 30/03/26 and 01/04/26.

As noted in our policy, returns can take up to 10 working days to process, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Because there were two bank holidays within this specific period the processing window was slightly extended in terms of calendar days however, we can confirm that both of your orders have now been fully refunded within the 10-working-day timeframe.

While it may have felt longer due to the holiday closures, we assure you the funds are on their way to you.

A disappointing experience due to technical issues

A disappointing experience due to a company website error. I was sent the wrong item because of a technical glitch on their website, for a new collection launch, and the resolution process required extra effort and additional cost incurred on my part to resolve.

Manual Resolution: I had to initiate the contact, provide photographic proof, and manage the return through their portal. I had to manage the return myself, providing return postage proof to the customer care team who never acknowledged my response email. I then had to wait for the return to be processed and a gift card to be issued with the amount for the item returned - you cannot complete exchanges for different products through the returns portal.

Double Postage: I paid for shipping on the initial order, only to be charged for postage again when placing the 'replacement' order for the correct item - despite the swap being necessary due to their error. (Although I did not have to pay to return the incorrect item).

Time Lag: The process took over two weeks from my initial order (20/02/26) to the shipment of the correct replacement. Which has still not been received at the point if writing this review (09/03/26)

While the customer care team staff were polite and responsive to my initial communication, it is poor practice to make a customer do all the resolution work for something beyond their control.

I would be unlikely to place another order in the future with this company based on this experience and the lack of a seamless or cost-free resolution for issues when they do unfortunately occur - other companies do better in this regard.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent experience, we apologise for the frustration caused by the technical error on our website during the new collection launch and we understand how disappointing it is when a resolution feels time-consuming.

When you first made us aware, we acknowledged that incorrect images had been used due to a glitch and were working to rectify this immediately. At that stage, we provided a link to return the item and requested your postal receipt so we could expedite your exchange as quickly as possible.

Regarding the timeline, our records show your initial order was delivered on 24/02/26, within our four-working-day timeframe. We received your return on 06/03/26, at which point we created a manual invoice that included free delivery to resolve the postage issue. It appears that you may have missed this email and placed a new order independently which resulted in a delivery charge. The replacement order was placed on 06/03/26 after we had closed and was fulfilled on Monday, 09/03/26, and delivered to you on 11/03/26.

We have been as accommodating as possible in getting this issue resolved for you unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the service of Royal Mail once a package is in their care, though we have worked to ensure the process was handled as swiftly as possible on our end.

To make things right regarding the postage you incurred, we have refunded your delivery postage on this occasion.

We value your business and regret that this experience led to a loss of confidence in our brand, but we hope this gesture helps to close the matter fairly and you may choose to shop with us in the future.

Overpriced rubbish and refund scammers. DO NOT BUY

I bought 3 items, didnt like them so I returned all 3. Refund policy said up to 10 days. I dont know why they need 10 days to issue a refund, but I would assume that starts from day of postage.

I posted the package on 10th January, received a notification of delivery on 14th January. By 29th January, still no refund, thats already 19 days from day of postage and 11 days from delivery receipt. Seriously annoyed, I emailed the following:

'I am extremely frustrated that today is the 11th day and I still have not received my refund.

Your statement below of taking up to 10 days to process refunds is already excessive, but to then fail to meet even that timeframe is completely unacceptable. This is not the first time this has happened either - you did the same thing when I returned part of my order in 2021, and I had to chase you by email just to get my money back. No customer should have to do that.

It is unreasonable to state “if you haven’t received an update after this timeframe, please contact us.” Why should customers be responsible for monitoring your internal failures? Your refund process is inefficient and pathetic and the burden is being pushed onto the customer instead of handled properly by your company.

According to Trustpilot it seems you have a large number of unhappy customers with REFUNDS being one of the main problems.

I expect my refund to be issued immediately with an email confirmation.'

The very next day I received an automated refund notification and no personalised email addressing my issues with an apology.

It took three days from the refund notification for the refund to reach my account. So in total it took 3 WEEKS from postage to refund, and thats only because I poked them about it - on both occasions (that includes my purchase from 2021). Seems Aab were hoping I would just 'forget' to check my refund, like other busy people probably, so they can keep my money and the items.

What a disgraceful shambles of a company. Pathetic. Clothes are overpriced too. Never ever buying from them again.

Our policy clearly states that refunds are processed within 10 working days from the date we receive your parcel back at our warehouse, rather than the date of postage. Your return was delivered to us on the 14th of January; we acknowledge that we were three working days late in finalising your refund, for which we sincerely apologise. This delay was due to a high volume of returns during a very busy sale period.

Regarding your email, please note that it was sent while our offices were closed however, our team prioritised your request as soon as we returned and your refund was issued the very next day, at which point an automated notification was sent to you.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for the oversight during this busy time.

I was unsure about the abaya sizing, but the customer service team was extremely helpful and guided me to the right size. Overall, it was a great experience, and I was very happy with my purchase.

DO NOT buy from this brand

DO NOT buy from this brand. This is the most overpriced and unreliable modest wear brand in the UK. There quality control department is non-existent. I sent back two abaya items twice as the length was not correct. Short by 4-5 inches both times. When I finally then requested a refund as the item and replacement were faulty I was given a double refund. Returning the extra payment was a complete nightmare as well. Dont even bother filling out query form on their website, they DO NOT check or respond to emails. Complete sham of a brand. Quality of fabric used is poor! It is 99% polyester which does not wear or wash well. Also pls note there ridiculous sale prices. This clearly indicates products are overpriced and poor quality. Spend your money on more quality brands.

Disappointing

Disappointing. I have been a loyal customer for years and years. When I spend my points and return an item they never refund my points.
I let it go because I can’t be bothered to contact someone every time. I have tried to get hold of an item for a month. FOUR TIMES I have had the wrong item sent to me. I have explained I am due to travel next week and they are unable to help.
Unfriendly team on the phone and no offer of a goodwill gesture, nothing.
Just “I do understand”. Not really.

No longer a brand I can trust

I have purchased many items from this brand and also used their service to return used items in exchange for points to help avoid fast fashion which I thought was a great idea.

However, things overtime have changed and I'm so unhappy with them. They changed their website, I enquired the first time about their service to return clothes to resell in exchange for points and a member of the customer support team told me they would once their website was complete. I have kept on enquiring about this and not one person has got back to me since. Even if they longer have this service, do the courtesy of letting your customer know. Many other brands get back to you faster!

Also, I'd noticed a couple of days before the Black Friday sales they'd advertised everything on the website would be 25% off and I saw the page on the Chiffon Silk Hijab still accessible. A day before the Black Friday sales I saw that page no longer has products and yet the day before it did. On Black Friday they had hidden that page entirely. I was disappointed in the brand. If that particular product was not for sale, then why advertise as everything on the website is 25% off, instead say the sale was on selected items only like similar other brands!

How can that be! Not a brand I associate to trust and integrity and I won't be spending my money there again. I'd rather buy modest outfits and hijabs from other brands which are not on the boycott list of which there are plenty or shop local.

Please be advised that we do not have a dedicated customer service team managing our social media messages, all formal customer support is handled strictly through our official email channels.

While we can see you enquired about this service a few years ago during our website transition, we have since paused the pre-loved scheme, which is why it no longer appears as an option on our website.

Regarding the Black Friday sale and our Chiffon Silk Hijabs, we would like to clarify our position.

Our Chiffon Silk collection is a premium line that never goes on sale.

As we had advertised "25% off sitewide," we temporarily removed these specific items from the website to avoid any confusion or technical errors at checkout. This was done to maintain the integrity of the site wide discount for all other eligible products.

We apologise if the lack of a direct response on Instagram caused frustration however, we must reiterate that for timely and official assistance, customers are encouraged to use our primary contact methods rather than social media.

Considerate customer service

Customer service was great. A friend and I bought the co-ord set in advance for our friend’s birthday but we bought the wrong size. As we’d bought in advance, the exchange window of 2 weeks had expired. I emailed customer service to explain and they agreed to the exchange in spite of the exchange window closing, sending us a label to return with. My friend sent back the parcel and the exchange was sent out the very next day. She received it two days later. Really happy with the consideration and help I was given and the timeliness of the delivery.
