Extremely frustrating dealing with their customer service regarding the return of items purchased that were not as it were advertised. Their return policy is only understood when you actually try to so this, not at all professional, after my wife did couple of purchases we needed to return one of the items that was too small and transparent, online shopping is always hit and miss as you can’t actually feel the product but other online platforms make it much more easier to return products. Abayabuth return policy definitely breaches customer rights. Disappointing and disgusting to use them, they charge a premium for adding of their product tag to similar products available on other online platforms.

They have responded that they are unable to find the order, the order number is 117848, and as stated above my wife placed the order.

Final update: After initially refusing my refund and stating their decision was final, the company later offered a refund following my review. However, I had already opened a dispute with my bank due to the lack of resolution, and my bank refunded me. The company has since asked me to cancel the dispute and remove or change my review, which I do not feel is appropriate.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered an abaya set for Eid and only tried the abaya and inner dress briefly for a few minutes to check the fit. I didn’t even realise a scarf was included until I was putting everything back in the box, and it was not worn or tried on at all.

I requested a return the same day and sent everything back the next day in good condition. Despite this, they refused to refund the abaya, claiming the scarf had “stains”, even though it was never used. The images provided look like normal fabric creases, not stains.

They refunded the inner dress but not the abaya, even though both were returned under the same conditions, which makes the decision very difficult to understand.

If you are unsure about sizing, be aware there is a real risk your return may not be accepted. There is also a strong possibility you may have to go through your bank to recover your money, which is time-consuming. I have also seen other reviews reporting similar experiences.

I expected a fair and reasonable outcome given how quickly the items were returned and how carefully they were handled.

Very disappointing experience. I will not be purchasing from this brand again.

I ordered a beautiful abaya during Ramadan to be delivered to New York in time for Eid and Allhamdulilah it arrived super fast within the expected time frame. The packaging was immaculate! I've followed Abaya Buth for many years, and they just keep getting better and better!

Just the selection and range of sizes alone should make you a loyal customer. I’m 5’11 and require a 62” abaya…this store is one of best places I have found that carries that length in such beautiful abayas. The quality is exceptional. 1000/10 recommend.

I recently purchased 7 Abayas/Khimars sets, 2 Thobes & 1 girl abaya from Abayabuth and I’m genuinely impressed. The fabric is lightweight yet not see-through, making it perfect for both everyday wear and special occasions. The stitching is neat, and the flow of the abaya gives such an elegant silhouette when walking.

What I love most is how comfortable it feels even after wearing it for long hours and also they cater for short woman like me, length 52”. Definitely worth the price — I’ll be ordering more in different colors and more abayas, definitely my go to shop!

Alhamdullilah delivery service so fast , Masya Allah i received the package with good condition. Those abaya's so pretty and high quality materials specially the purple abaya ; I wasn't expecting that colour is elegant after I seen the original. It is highly recommended if those who want to find abaya or other muslim clothes .
